Great Stay

A group of 11 girls stayed comfortably in this home for a celebratory girls trip. It was extremely clean and had all needed amenities. The outdoor space was an added bonus. We had a wonderful visit. Highly recommend.

In the woods!

Clean, well appointed house. Surrounded by woods but quick access from 95. Really felt as if you were off the beaten path.Easily accessible to Freeport and other Maine destinations.

Gorgeous!

This house is absolutely gorgeous and the grounds are vast and peaceful! My sister's and I had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. The kitchen had everything we needed to make nice meals. We thoroughly enjoyed eating on the back porch and sitting in front of the fireplace in the evenings.

This house is immaculate, the kitchen to the rooms were very spacious. The house was stocked for cooking and entertaining. We had a bachelorette weekend here and was perfect for 9 people staying.

UNE graduation house

This house was a great space for a family gathering to celebrate a college graduation. Plenty of room for family to stay over. House is not far off the highway which is great for traveling, but still tucked away in the woods to keep everything quiet and peaceful.

Fall in Maine

Elizabeth House is a beautifully appointed home surrounded by nature away from the crowds. The home was spotlessly clean and perfect for our family. It has easy access to the highway for longer side trips. Beaches towns and shopping are a short drive away. I would return there and highly recommend Elizabeth House.

30th Birthday Group Trip

A group of 7 adults spent a weekend here for two friends’ 30th birthdays. The space was absolutely perfect for our group. So much space to spread out, hang out, and relax. We loved that each family was able to have their own room, and nearly their own bathroom as well. The location is pristine, private, and surrounded by the Maine woods, making it the perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend with your people! We were so impressed with the house and have said we will gladly be returning in the future!

Amazing long weekend vacation

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth House! We were there celebrating my Mother in Law’s 75 th Birthday. We spent time in Ogunquit, and Kennebunkport but also spent time relaxing at the house. There was plenty of space and so comfortable. The house was a perfect setting for our getaway. Since we were there in October, the leaves were changing colors. The road leading up to the house was so beautiful and quiet since it was a private way.

Absolutely perfect

The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. We loved how quiet and secluded it was her fairly centrally located to all the adventures we wanted to take. Very clean and access to all kitchen things to cook! Love the back deck and the fire pit! Super relaxing!!

Great family/friend getaway!

This house is perfect for large groups and in our case, family of all ages. The bedrooms and especially the suite on the lower floor were perfect for our group of nine adults and three toddlers and a dog! The house is close to all the beaches. The kitchen was also great to prepare big meals. The house is set back and no mosquitoes due to spraying! Well worth the trip and money.

The rooms were clean except for the basement bedroom.... bed was full of pet hair, we had to change the sheets. Gas stove top was not clean. We had to rewash the dishes (spotted and not washed properly) before we could use them for our family gathering. Range hood was full of grease...been there for a long time. Took some pictures to support claim. A suggestion; when you know people are check-in at a certain hour...please heat the house a minimum, when we got there it was 60* inside; took over 1h30 to get confortable. Over all a pretty house but not upto par with comparable rentals in the area.

House was beautiful. However the downstairs bedroom was advertised as a queen bed but it was definately not a queen. One adult had to sleep on the couch down there Was very clean except when we were making sure we had all our belongings we looked under the couch and saw alot of stuff including socks and a fake fingernail. (Sorry we didn’t remove it)Would have been nice to have more bath towels for 6 adults. Ended up doing a load during our stay

Quiet, relaxing location. Needs handrail at steps up to front door. only one hanger for up to 12 guests in entryway coat closet. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, bowls, dishes and cookware. However, only Two wine glasses for up to 12 guests?

The house is big and fashionable. It’s a pretty good drive to Kennebunkport and is in a really isolated area. We were hoping to set up a small pool for the grandkids but there was no garden hose ( which I did ask for prior to arrival). The weather wasn’t helpful, so we left a day early. There were a lot of carpenter ants and the house looked liked it was barely used and cleaned. It was neat but not clean. Great six burner gas stove was filthy. The tea pot was cooked medium well! I tried to wash it but. We didn’t use fire pit or outside gas grill. It wasn’t a homey place for my family( four grandkids, four adult children and us, the grandparents)- and the games need to be tossed- there are a lot of books which was great for me but overall nothing special about this house if you have young ones (6 and under). Look elsewhere. House isn’t worth the price
