"Convenient location, great staff, efficient service. Mostly clean and neat design, but I did find hair in the hairdryer and coffee/food stains in the electric water kettle. Tidy and clean bed sheets otherwise. Overall would still recommend."

"We stayed at a family room. The beds are comfy which is the only merit i can find within the hotel. There are no dental and shaving kits in the toilet, and then no one answer call for services when i called for more than 20 mins for at least 5 times at around 9pm, then I needed to go to the receiption to ask for the kits.
