I booked 1 night by mistake. I realized i needed 2 nights so i called the hotel. I received email confirmation for 2 nights from the hotel. Saturday afternoon i received a phonecall from a very rude staff member saying i had to move my belongs from my king size room because it was only listed as a possibility for another night. And i needed to come back to hotel now to pay for another night. Returned to hotel and paid for another night. Room wasnt ready so we took our belongs from the king size room and returned later to check into our queen size room.
This was not my mistake and shouldnt have been moved from my king size room to a queen. But didnt want to argue with the rude staff memeber and obliged with her decision bevause i needed a room for one more night.
All other staff were very kind and friendly.
The king size room was very clean but when we got into the queen size room there was no toilet paper on the holder and there was a used bar of soap left in the shower.
