「During hot spells, the town of Whitstable runs out of water without warning. This happened in 2025 and is now happening in 2026. This property (and all properties in Whitstable) would benefit from having litres of standby, back up water for brushing teeth and making tea. Or plan for water delivery when outages occur.」

「We are a multi generational family of 7, with ages from 24 to 96. The house was perfect for our family get together – lovely bedrooms, great communal living spaces and a stunning view out over the cliffs to the channel beyond. The Kitchen was perfect for family meals and, given most of the rooms were on one level, it was perfect for my 96 year old Father in Law to move around. He spent much of his time with binoculars or book in the conservatory area. The rest of us explored the fabulous...

「Beautiful property in an excellent location with lovely seaside views. House is very grand and tastefully decorated with nice attention to detail with local history books etc. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very serviceable, although would be handy to have a few more essentials provided i.e. cooking oil, but supermarkets are not far away.」
