「My partner and I had a pleasant stay in the cottage which was private, clean, bright and comfortable, though dated and as we were told, will eventually be renovated. For our stay it was very functional. The kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances and a dishwasher. There is a small laundry room in the cottage with full-sized washer and dryer, great for stays over a few days. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and lovely views out to the trees. 「Fantastic, beautiful property to stay in nestled in the Red Woods! We were coming for a wedding at Deer Park Villa which was 5 minutes away and this Vrbo made the stay more magical! The host was super helpful and they thought of everything- even spices, coffee, and extra blankets. Our friends stayed on the pull out sofa and said it was very comfortable too! Fairfax is super convenient and a very cute town as well. We might come back just to stay here!」

「I loved my stay at this comfortable, quiet, private cottage. It was a perfect location close to stores, restaurants and the sights I wanted to see. There were even two deer who hung out under the trees outside the carport. I appreciated the kitchen which was equipped with everything I needed. Once I needed to contact the host about something and she responded immediately. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Peaceful view towards the ocean through the opened wall of windows. Great room was spacious, well supplied kitchen. Large rainfall shower with good water pressure. However, there is no storage for clothing, so we lived out of suitcases for the 5 days we were there. It met our needs.」

The furnishings are quite sparse but all nicely comfortable and functional, with very good facilities all around in the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen. 「The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure 」

「The apartment is very nice and clean with lots of storage and closet space. It is charming and unique. Although we didn’t spend any time in the outdoor area, it was nice to look at from the room. We easily got on the street parking across from the rental, which was a big plus. The surrounding blocks don’t offer much in the way of shops or restaurants or coffee places, but Uber is readily available.」
