"Great area and great place to stay"

"Absolutely gorgeous property, amazing main lobby, love the pools, love the beach, love the room! Team is very nice and provided us with a bottle of champagne and snack tray for our honeymoon! Less dining options than some other resorts, but ate multiple times at the terrace and had great meals each time, and a bit cheaper than other dining options at competing resorts. Definitely felt like our money was well spent here, as oppose to another resort we stayed at in Wailea. Will remember for a long time and definitely recommend! "

"Very clean and grounds are well taken care of. On site dining is a big plus. Laid back atmosphere, not stuffy as some of the ritzy places can be. I don’t think the beach area is private and not extremely large, but we didn’t exactly go to Maui for the beach. Be careful of the beach trail in high tide/high wave conditions. Overall hidden gem."

"We loved everything about Napili Shores and will definitely stay here again. Our studio room was clean and had everything we needed. The grounds and the view were beautiful. Staff checked on us twice to make sure we had everything we needed."

"The views are spectacular and the property is really lovely. The kitchen could use a little love (esp it really needs a new dishwasher) but the bedrooms are wonderful, comfortable beds and washing machine. The owner is very accommodating. All in all a wonderful place. "

"Beautiful place. Loved the porch area with ocean view and the proximity to the beach. We got to see manarays in the beach first day we were there. Sunset was amazing too! Second day we got tsunami warning but property is 20m above water so after 7:30pm we returned to property from higher grounds. Checkin was simple; checkout too."

"The Turtle House was an excellent choice for our family vacation to Maui. We had 7 adults and 2 kids and bedrooms for all. Location was convenient to the beaches we wanted to visit and shopping/restaurants that we needed. Place was clean and welcoming. Great communication with the rental office. We woke every morning to the turtles swimming down below and ended each day with beautiful sunsets. We spent a lot of time out on the expansive decks. There were some beach chairs and sand toys in the garage that we used and beach towels were provided. A few suggestions: We had trouble with the coffee makers on sight, although we got coffee after fidgeting with them. There was no icemaker and no ice cube trays, so we bought a few. There was a shortage of paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, plastic wrap, foil and baggies) so we had to buy all those. Some sinks had no hand soap and we ran out of dish soap. We didn’t find the kitchen air conditioner until several days in. And one day electricians showed up unannounced and turned off all the power so they could work on circuits. Unfortunately, it was baby nap time, so that was inconvenient. A heads-up would have been appreciated. All these suggestions do not negate the fact that this was a GREAT place to stay. For the price, we were hoping more essentials would be included. "
