喀拉拉婚禮酒店

「The property is in a breathtaking location and the premises are also maintained very well. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Both the infinity pools were really nice (one of them is exclusive to the club room bookings). All the staff were very cordial and cooperative. The chefs at the restaurant made custom dishes for our daughter's liking. Tides restaurant at the beach side has a great menu and good food. All in all, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning.」

「Lovely stay, helpful staff.」

「Below expectations! Disappointing. Renu down property. The cottages were not very well kept. Lot of wear and tear - broken cloth hangers, broken kettle, leaking wash basin etc. silver lining - the ala carte meals were tasty though not much selection in the menu. Buffet was bad! Quite inside from the main area. So no choice except to manage within the property only. However, transport desk efficient. Cabs reasonable. Didn’t take pics. 」

「The staff is the real charm. Very helpful. The mattress are too soft. I think hotel can improve this. Over all we had great time. The beach is very near to the cottages, you have to wallk like 100 meters to reach. Internet was slow. Badminton rackets are in bad condition. Cycles are not there, which we read that they would be there.」

「The staff was quiet warm and welcoming. They took good care of all our needs. Overall a pleasant stay.」

「A well landscaped, green & pleasant property with the beach on one side & backwater on the other.」

「Photos have no elation to the property. Rooms dirty. No toilet roll. Stained sheets (in all three rooms booked). No WiFi even though advertised. Disinterested staff with zero customer service skills. Dangerous bathroom with stepped floor.」
