You will have exclusive access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage. Should you wish to use the garage during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us. The property is part of a shared estate with three other residences, each thoughtfully separated by a spacious courtyard to ensure complete privacy.



Guests are warmly invited to stroll through the vineyard, while kindly respecting the presence of vineyard staff and any equipment that may be in operation during your visit.



For your safety and to protect the delicate vines, the entire vineyard is securely fenced and gated, also serving to deter deer from entering the property.

The serene Similkameen River is close by—perfect for fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water. For golf lovers, a scenic course is just a 15-minute drive away.

The house is very spacious and it is exactly as shown in the photos. We appreciated all the little extras provided by the host. (Coffee pods, olive oil, spices to name a few.) Six of us (three couples) stayed for three nights and really enjoyed being in the country surrounded by a vineyard. It was the perfect setting to celebrate a milestone birthday. We enjoyed visiting the wineries in the Similkameen valley.
