“Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. ”

“La maison est grande et confortable : 4 chambres, un grand salon-salle à manger, une cuisine bien équipée, deux salles de bains, un jacuzzi etc. Dans une rue calme, elle est idéalement située pour visiter l'agglomération (Lille, Roubaix, Tourcoing, Belgique). C'est une maison très bien adaptée pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis. Attention toutefois aux escaliers qui sont assez raides, et qui peuvent causer des difficultés aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Je recommande vivement cette maison.”

“We celebrate a wedding anniversary at LeSable, with young and old. The great advantage of this location is that each room comes with its private bathroom, and there is an elevator, so there is no problem for people that are old/disabled. LeSable is well equipped, with a swimming pool (not heated at this time of year, but we managed...) and a billiard table. We highly recommend the restaurant next door (O'Vignes). “Alles is aanwezig om een gezellig verblijf te hebben met een aantal gezinnen. Ruime (bad)kamers, grote tuin met veel speeltuigen en een Ofyr voor de mannen. Hiervan hebben we lekker genoten, dankzij het uitstekende BBQ- pakket, vers gebracht door de eigenaars!”

“Dit is een unieke locatie. Met een sprong in de tijd. Binnen in het huisje kan je echt op ontdekkingsreis gaan. Er staat immens veel gerief. Gelukkig ook aangevuld met wat hedendaagse toestellen zoals een warmte pomp. Buiten is het super gezellig vertoeven. De hangmat is zalig. Wel zien dat de tak waar die aanhangt niet lang meer houden. De omgeving is heel leuk natuurlijk. De Vlaamse Ardennen met heel veel wandel mogelijkheden. Ook fietsen hoort hier bij, want de ronde passeert hier super……

“Une arrivée libre très bien pour ne pas stresser notre emploi du temps, l'hôte ne nous a pas accueilli physiquement mais c'était tout comme, il est très réactif et très attentif aux besoins de ses hébergeants. Vraiment très bien situé ce qui nous a permis de profiter de McArthur Glen ou des magasins d'usines et beaucoup de restauration diverses et variées autour. Nous avons pu nous poser sereinement pour profiter du marché de Noël de Lille. Merci encore pour l'accueil.”

“Location très bien située et très agréable. Quelques défauts d'étanchéité dans les douches et quelques surprises à l'arrivée (four mal nettoyé, plan de travail un peu poisseux..), mais bien ! La location est affichée pour 9 : oui pour le couchage, mais pas pour la cuisine...”

“Good property for 6 Adults. Rooms and linen clean. Toilet and shower in each room good and convenient. Parking in street no issue. Walk or local bus to Europort tube or Tram into Lille no problem, although 50 mins to an hour to get to centre.”

“Das Haus ist groß und hat einen schönen Altbaucharm. Das Highlight ist aber definitiv der Pool und der Jacuzzi im Gartenhäuschen. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist blickgeschützt, sodass man seine Ruhe hat. Sergio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber.”

“Hotel propre et personnel d'un grand professionnalisme, aimable et a l'écoute. Un petit bemol sur la taille du lavabo qui est beaucoup trop petit et la tele qui ne fonctionnait pas (ca ne m'a pas dérangé vu que je ne la regarde pas). L'état general est en tous cas plus que convenable, propre et a proximité du centre.”
