「The property is just lovely. The place was so well appointed, nothing was missing. All the appliances worked great, the back yard area was awesome. It was quiet and dark for sleeping. We loved it and if our futurte plans include the Kernville area we will be sure to try and stay again!」

「Private riverside retreat. Lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy. During our stay the river flow was very fast and there were quite a lot of rafts and kayakers going by. So very cool to watch and cheer them on. The house had all the amenities you could think of- meaning you could cook and not have to brimg anything from home - like OMG I forgot the can opener...Ive done that before. 「This location was perfect for our visit to a Springville wedding. Comfortably accommodated our group with three bedrooms and roomy kitchen. It offered a patio with plenty of seating, and a dining table, with a beautiful view and decorative outside lighting. The WIFI was great and TV had lots of options. 「The perfect house for a family vacation. The house is the best equipped house that I have ever stayed in. The only problem was my grandkids didn’t want to leave the house!」
