"We drove over 35 hours over the course of several days and stayed in several hotels. This was by far my favorite. The hotel is in the middle of the business district but very easy to get to, easy to park, easy to leave from.. you feel safe at it. The view is INCREDIBLE. The hotel is slightly dated but it’s clean and well maintained. The staff is very kind and accommodating. We ate at the restaurant and could not have had a better server. I would be hard pressed to find a single thing wrong with this hotel. We will be back "

"I only stayed one night to attend a concert; about a five minute ride or twenty minute walk to Simmons Bank Arena. This is a well kept Residence Inn (although seemed somewhat older) in a great location. The room was in immaculate condition when I checked in, as you would expect from a Marriott owned facility. If in Little Rock for an extended stay or business my room had a workable kitchenette, a couch area to relax and watch TV and a sizeable desk to get some work done. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and I really appreciated the large walk-in shower. The only two downsides (at least for me), (a) I was not expecting to be charged for parking. I have stayed at other hotels in this area where parking was included. And (b) my room faced one of the major streets so the street noise was a nuisance until the early morning hours. If you are a light sleeper, like I am, I’d ask for a room not facing the street."
