Overall Great Place
Stayed one night after the eclipse. The place was clean and nice appointed. Only negative I can say is I wish there were 4 bar stools to eat inside as the only table is in the common area outside and it was windy. I would stay again.

Great home to stay at! We stayed almost a week exploring the area around Kerrville. Highly recommend it. It was quiet, peaceful, super clean, new, well cared for, great area for walks. Will definitely come again..
