Will not stay there again

The tables and chairs were all dirty and dusty outside. Our clothes got dirty when we sat. The upstairs shower door fell on my friend. Thanfully, she was able to catch it and put it back onUpstairs carpet was wet because ac is leakingGames were dirty and dusty, and there were empty and broken boxes inside the game boxI caught a glass on my foot from the rooms carpetThe trash cans in the kitchen do not open And are way to small for a kitchenThe hot tub were both dirty and slimyThere was no toilet paper in any of the units. There is NO drive way its all loose rocksThe place is way smaller than what they look like in the picture. It does not have 2 rooms. It has 1 room and the bunk beds are in the open are on the second floor. It is not a roomThere is NO driveway it's all loose rocks

Relaxing time !

The house was clean with plenty of towels and linens. The kids enjoyed the games outside. Our questions were answered right away. We loved having the grocery just down the road and convenient.

Terrible owners, horrendous checkout

Upon check-in, we were not provided with the necessary information to access the rental property. The key code was not provided until two hours after our scheduled check-in time. During our stay, we were compelled to request several essential amenities from the owners, as they had not been adequately prepared in the house prior to our arrival. Most concerningly, upon check-out, we received an unreasonable list of alleged "damages" claimed to have been left by our party. These "damages" include an unsubstantiated claim of urine odor on a bed occupied by two clean adults, stains on white towels, and the alleged destruction of a carpet. The owners are seeking an exorbitant fee for these items, despite the fact that we did not cause any damage beyond the intended use of said items. We rented both connecting properties in this duplex, owned by the same people, and have left a similar review on the other listing as well.
