The hotel exceeded our expectations, our room was clean, comfortable and had a lake view. The staff was kind and professional, especially Georgina, who helped us find an excellent room after the first one they assigned us only had a partial view of Lake Balaton. The SPA was also great, but what really impressed us was the abundance of varied, special and delicious foods. I would rank the culinary experience, what we had in the hotel into the top five out of the hundreds of hotels we have stayed in worldwide over the decades.

This was our 2 nd time staying in July Brett and Lilla we had such a great time again breakfast and dinner was excellent again and the staff were super friendly and helpful as usual dont wait to book your stay here rooms get sold out very very quickly and this is one of the best hotels at lake Balaton

The room was relatively big, well designed and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner consisted of a great selection of tasty choices. The best was the excellent and helpful service by the personnel throughout the facility.

This was the last journey on my seven day trip to Hungary. It is a beautiful hotel, and the rooms were great! I was also within five minutes of dining, shopping, and site seeing. Definitely recommend!

This property is perfectly located on Lake Balaton walking distance to the local park and weekend festivals in the area. The room prices include 2 meals a day in a buffet arrangement, which we highly recommend. The indoor pool & jacuzzi is amazing and great for kids. Best hotel in the area

It has a nice location with nice entrance. The room was a bit too small and had a step inside! It served dinner which was really bad nutrition. Breakfast was good and varied. Overall it was less than good experience.

A peaceful stay with beautiful view and good spa

The staff is friendly and helpful except the restaurant staff. They took everything several times while I went to take food with my room card and bag still at seat. It’s so rude and annoying.

This hotel is the best in the area. Nice indoor and outdoor pool facilities and jacuzzi. Bfast & dinner buffet included with the room charge, which had a great selection. Game room for kids. This hotel is right on Lake Balaton next to a large park that hosts amazing summer activities and events for the entire family. Highly recommended.

A comfortable stay if there is no noisy kids

A new, clean hotel with great view in the quiet area. The wellness center is great especially the outside Jacuzzi. The room is quite clean and comfortable. The dinner is good but the breakfast is in the average. The restaurant and the pool area are very noisy where full of children’s crying and screaming.

5-star review for a 5-star hotel on the shore of Lake Balaton. Most rooms have a small balcony with a lake view so the room configuration is not a rectangle, but there is plenty of room for two people and their luggage. The indoor pool and hot tubs are wonderful, sorry I missed the beer spa with the music! The dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet were magnificent, all of the staff were so courteous. The sunrise view from the balcony was breathtaking and there are walking and biking paved trails around the lakeshore and in the park next door. We would love to return, it was just a wonderful experience!

Great hotel with wonderful facilities. Check out is 0am, 11 am would be better. Although the rooms are non-smoking, during my stay, people in surrounding rooms were smoking on their balconies, which meant I could not open the door or window.

A LOT of potential to explore

It was very good! The Hotel is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Free parking is a great plus. The Deluxe Room was nothing special, the food was very underwhelming, the staff was ok but not welcoming and they couldn't accomodate to have the room set up with the "lovers (?)" package while we went for dinner. It was either at check-in or nothing. Which doesn't make sense. I was overcharged for bycicles, but after returning to point it out, it was quickly solved and i was refunded. Overall the hotel itself and the amazing location made up for it all. But shame that it had all the potential to be an EXCEPTIONAL stay and it was only "ok". Urgent to improve the food and get more welcoming staff. I will recommend mainly because of the setting.
