SV Family Vacation

We had a great stay at the Gimlet property. The pictures do not do the home justice. It’s a lovely home that worked very well for our entire family including adult children and grandchildren. The home is very comfortable with great linens and comfortable beds. The location is perfect and provides easy access to both Hailey and Ketchum and loads of space to enjoy the peace of the backyard where deer visited us each morning! We will definitely be back!

Sun Valley Christmas

Excellent property with a tremendous inside with plenty of comfortable space and bedrooms for our over 20 year old family group. Well stocked kitchen, smart TVs, clean and operational hot tube, plenty of parking are the standards at this home. Very clean home and beautiful property. Excellent neighborhood with amazing Christmas lighting. Beds are great as a bathrooms. Use Apple Maps to find home, not Google, as Google is off by one street.

Beautiful home, well-equiped kitchen. Well situated close to Sun Valley, large wildlife roamed near property in mornings which was picturesque, hosts responsive, would stay again

Family wedding weekend

Our son got married at sun valley and our family stayed at this house. 7 adults and a 2 year old. House worked perfectly. Beautiful neighborhood. Would stay here again in the future.

Peaceful and private

If you are looking for a well maintained house in a private area without close neighbors, and elk roaming past the hot tub, but still close enough to Ketchum, skiing, restaurants and shops, this is the perfect house.

Amazing House

Our stay was spectacular! It was the PERFECT HOUSE! The attention to detail and the amenities in the home were top notch! We loved everything about our stay! I’m only giving this place 4 stars because of the check out process. The host accused us of breaking minor things that were broken or had been broken prior to our arrival, which I didn’t appreciate. If you stay here, go through the house thoroughly so you’re not later accused of someone else’s damage. For example there was a chair leg loose in the kitchen from the start of our stay. She later accused us of “breaking” the chair. I told her the leg was loose when we arrived and asked for a photograph of the damaged chair since all the furniture was in tact when we left. The host just ignored my email. She accused us of losing a second set of keys, when there was only one set of keys to begin with. So beware if you stay here. Make sure you go through the house with a fine tooth and comb so you aren’t accused of any damage!
