I rent yet VRBO so I can deal directly with owners. Did not realize I was renting from a property managed by vaCasa when I booked. I gripes include that they do not communicate via Vrbo, such that I did not have a check in instructions as of the morning of check in. I was unable to get into a storage locker. That was a main reason for our booking, and was not able to resolve that through them. I had questions about check out that I could not get answered.…
