Wonderful location and amenities

We had a wonderful stay in Ketchum. The condo was within walking distance of the river run ski lifts and downtown. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay - the hot tub and heated garage were great extras. I would highly recommend it for a getaway to sun valley!

Wonderful stay in Sun Valley!

The location was ideal - walking distance to the River Run chair lifts and downtown Ketchum. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and the heated garage was a real bonus. I would definitely recommend it and plan on returning for future stays.

Property as advertised. Exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen supplies and toiletries. Karen was easily accessible. Even though winter storm came through before our arrival, Karen made sure snow was shoveled off deck and hot tub was accessible for use. During winter months, having your own vehicle is highly desirable as walk to shuttle with skis can be difficult due icy conditions. If returning to SV, would def stay here again! Cheers

Best equipped condo ever

This condo is as advertised. It is the best equipped condo we have ever rented in the 30+ years we have been skiing. It had everything! Kitchen even had large amount of condiments. Hot tub huge, clean. Beds slept well, new towels and kitchen linens. Easy walk to River Run. Only suggestion is TV is very, very small but in this beautiful area, not a big issue. Our only complaint is that there is no bus to take you anywhere except during ski hours. We were ok because we are all healthy, active and did not mind the walk. It is a 10 min BRISK walk to Main Street. The lighting along the way is very, very poor in some areas. Sidewalks are not cleaned so you are forced to walk on the streets in the dark. We were lucky as it was clear out and not bitter cold. Had it been 10 degrees and snowing, this would have been miserable! The street in front of the condo was never cleared the entire time we were there-it was a death trap. Solid sheet of ice for approximately 40 yds from the street to the front door. Best advice is to rent a vehicle. By the way, must not be a leash law in Ketchum, at least not in this neighborhood. Dogs run freely with no owners in sight. For those of us that have been attacked by dogs in the past, it is frightening. Even so, would be our first choice next visit.

First Visit to Sun Valley

The is a lovely condo, obviously treasured by the owners! Everything is as advertised - clean, welcoming,comfortable, spacious (for two, but perhaps cosy for six), well equipped and very well positioned if you are skiers. We took the easy walk each morning to the base of Bald Mountain - wear your walking shoes as there is plenty of complimentary day storage. The walk up to the supermarket is a little longer but not a problem. One of our selection criteria was the garage - once again , just as promised - plenty of room and a comfortable ski/boot storage area. Thank you, we have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Wonderful holiday vacation

Our family of four stayed at the VERY comfortable home over the Christmas holidays. It was wonderful! The rental process was very smooth, the location ideal for skiing out of River Run. The owners are highly organized and have information printed out in the home to help you manage everything. We particularly enjoyed the very well maintained hot tub after long days of skiing. One thing that isn't stressed but we were delighted with is the HUGE garage and ski equipment set up with such a convenient laundry room off to the side. Plenty of room to accommodate all of our gear AND our car carrier AND our car. You won't be disappointed renting this home!

Fantastic!!

Two couples attending a summer wedding

We enjoyed our stay on Bird Street, a wonderful location walking distance to Ketchum, biking/walking trails and the river. The apartment was clean and very well outfitted, especially the kitchen. It was helpful having a garage for two cars and bicycles. Only a couple of problems including showers with black mildew that needed to be removed, no ventilation in the showers and a total lack of soap for the bathrooms. We also arrived to a freshly shampooed carpet, still damp and required us to remove our shoes for the visit.

Stayed for a wedding

I have been to Sun Valley/Ketchum a number of times since one of my sons lives there. This time we went for his wedding and used the condo simply as a place to stay while we were involved with other activities. It is close to town, some seven blocks away and convenient to everything. The condo was as advertised and very comfortable, well kept and met our needs very well. We enjoyed the furnishings but found that the master bedroom bathroom shower did not work. Otherwise, perfect place for small group.

Perfect!

We have been to Sun Valley area on several occassions and have always enjoyed our stays, but the features of this condo contributed to making this trip our best Sun Valley visit yet. Location was perfect -we brought along teenagers and rented them bikes allowing them independent access to Ketchum restaurants, movie theatres, and the river. The condo itself was immacuately clean (and organized), but its biggest draw was the abundant natural lighting. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality cooking accesories (knives, pots, pans, etc) as was the gas grill on the deck. Having the garage was great -it had more than enough room for our SUV, 2 mountain bikes, and 3 cruiser bikes. The hot tub on the back patio was an added bonus. We will stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

This was our first trip to Sun Valley... We had a week of amazing skiing! The location of this townhouse is perfect. The place is so cozy & comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The individual boot warmers were a hit! They thought of everything. We had a great time & look forward to coming back. Thank you...
