「The bed was large and comfortable. The only sink in the place was the bathroom so for someone who drinks a lot of water and stayed for a few days, it was less than ideal. My fault for not noticing that when I booked. The location is nice and close to town so walked there a couple times. I didn't check out the icecream shop but it looked yummy!」

「Beautiful place for 8 women cyclists riding the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trails out if Xenia Station. Mattresses and bedding were super comfortable for sleeping after 50+ mile rides. 「Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful. 」

「The house was very nice, clean and had everything we needed! It's a very nice neighborhood with nice houses. It was enjoyable to go in a nightly walk around the neighborhood.
