"We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. "What an incredible experience at Alkantmooi!! From the first contact we had at the reception with the friendly and helpful staff, to the impeccably neat and modern room, we absolutely LOVED our night here! The best part is the tranquility of the reserve and the drop-dead gorgeous view of the Keurbooms lagoon. WOW!! We will definitely be back... and stay longer next time ;)"
