“great stay! love the decor in the room. however there are stairs in front of the place, quite inconvenient if you are carrying heavy luggage. 6 mins walk from train station, easy to get to Heathrow Airport as you don't need to change lines.”

“This experience was the most absolutely stressful and (still) remains unresolved. I was unaware that this accommodation was for a solo traveler. There was no communication about this until the day before arrival. There was no communication about this WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO CHECK IN. Instead I was told that I cannot check in and to come back after 4pm. Then, as I walked out of the building I recevied a message through hotels.com saying "we cannot continue with your reservation due to number of……

“Good location, within easy walk of stations. Accommodation was OK. No hangers on the clothes rail which was disappointing and meant clothes had to be hung on backs of chairs in the living space.”

“This flat was an okay place to stay. It was relatively clean and had the basics. However, when it was 3 hours past check-in I had to hound the host repeatedly to please give me the code to get into the flat. The listing did not say anything about being on the 3rd floor without a lift. Several of the pictures on the website were totally inaccurate as things had been changed/redone. This included the floors that had screws sticking out of the stairs, which had been carpeted before. Also,……

“The location is great and the appartment was spacious and comfortable. A bit tricky getting luggage in the street door as you have to hold the door open and start taking up the stairs before there is room to shut the door, and have to carry up to second floor. We only had to do this on arrival and departure, so a minor inconvenience. However if you have heavy luggage it could be difficult.”

“I had an excellent month-long stay here. The property management company made it easy and provided services such as weekly cleans and linen changes that really put it over the top. The location is very near to multiple train lines to take you across London, and you have everything you need within a few blocks. I highly recommend this flat for a stay! ”

“A very quaint stay with everything we wanted to do within walking and mass transit. We even rented a car for one day to make a trip to Wales while being able to park right out front of the door. Perfect place to stay while visiting London.”

“Owner was immediately responsive to any communication. Nice sheets and towels. Our only suggestion for owner is to provide specific instructions for using tv - it took us a little while to figure it out. Would stay agian.”

"非常適合參加各種一日遊行程的人，起點都在住宿附近的coach station,回程都在飯店附近下車，超級方便！福建坐公車也很方便，飯店人員也都很願意幫忙！記得入口是階梯，但有個按鈕可以請求飯店人員幫忙，或是走上去請飯店人員協助就好！"

"This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London."

"Early check-in is allowed. Thank you. Location is good especially u are going to/from airport. U can catch heathrow express train. Got grocery shop, restaurant, bus stop, train station nearby. Room is for one person. You have to leave room key behind before you walk out hotel. Room door will close itself. It will slam itself. So it may wake you or ur neighbour up. A typical old hotel. when I move around, I will make noise, whenever I step on the floor, wood floor sound. I also don't want to disturb my neighbour so I can't do much in the room."
