「As mentioned in other reviews, the room is small but fine for two people. The location is great - within about 15 minutes walk you can get to Hammersmith or Shepherd's Bush station, which gives great access to the city sights. There's a lot of restaurants and shopping around the area. It is just down the road from a fire station and police station, but we didn't hear a lot of sirens. The hosts are communicative and were helpful in fixing a couple of small issues that came up during the stay....

「Not recommended for those who got large luggage. I got assigned to the 5th floor, but the elevator only reach to 4th floor. I need to carry the large luggage from 4th floor. Because of my schedule change, I arrive London one day late, I send email to inform them I will arrive at the next morning. The staff replied the email to inform me that they help me to cancel my order. Luckily I received the order cancel email after I arrived. I have no idea why I inform them about my late arrival time...

「We had a wonderful stay at this quaint and cozy flat in London while visiting our daughter who was studying abroad. The perfect size for our family of four. It was very clean and tidy. The host, Iona, was very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and was communicated clearly to us. We were even allowed to check-in early. 「This property should not be let. There was no hot water in the bathrooms and showers, the oven didn’t work, the washer/dryer didn’t work, and the unit was not clean. The property management company did nothing to resolve the issues. We left after the first night and went to a hotel. Very frustrating. 」
