Kew visit

The stay had been planned well in advance as we were attending a family wedding. The venue was only 1 mile away, so the apartments seemed a perfect choice to accomodate the 5 of us. Major upset on the journey to recieve a Wots App saying we had been moved to Tooting : so that someone could extend their stay in the rooms...most unacceptable. I phoned Hotels.com/ they checked + I was still booked in/ I phoned the concierge + suggested she moved the other party to where she wanted me to go (40 mins away from the booked apartment)/ when we arrived she said I should have told her I was going to a wedding! What difference should that make? I had a booking/ had payed in advance/ that was my accomodation & in my opinion, she had no right to redirect me. It made me extremely stressed and upset, as a result medication was needed. The 2 staff that I liased with at Hotels.Com were very helpful and supportive. The apartment was a good choice. The location was perfect. A pity there wasnt more time to take in all the sights!

Very good!!

Very nice and clean flat and safe area with lots of playgrounds. We travelled with little kids and wanted to stay in a children-friendly area, not too close to busy touristic centre. Excellent customer service, many thanks to Ramona :) We would rent this flat again.

Great location, Modern apartment, but some issues

This was a good little apartment in a GREAT area, but there were some things that could have made this stay much better than it ended up being. 1 Bedroom not 2 Bedroom: We booked this apartment under the impression that it was a 2 bedroom. However it was a 2 Bed apartment, with one of the beds being a sofa bed in the living room area. Not the worst thing, but people should know that going in. The other thing was that the pictures on the website were NOT the apartment we were given which I found pretty frustrating. AC not working: AC did not work the entire time we were there. This may not be the worst thing but during this heatwave it was noticeable. No WIFI: the owner gave us a MIFI device late on the first day, but it never worked, so we did not have internet the entire time we were here which was very inconvenient. It is crucial to have connectivity to plan our days, buy tickets, and just access to internet for kids, etc. Cleaning Fee: There is a seperate fee for cleaning that needs to be paid in Cash. Had we known the above and possible had the owner resolve some of the issues, we would have had a GREAT stay. With that said, the apartment is VERY clean, and pretty spacious even without the second bedroom. The appliances, bathroom, furniture, etc were all pretty modern and comfortable. I would recommend it given the owner take care of the items listed above. Be sure to communicate with Bogdan prior to your stay.

Royal Kew Gardens apartments

It was wonderful, the hosts were friendly flexible with check in and check out all the amenities available. More than we could’ve used! I cannot complain everything was trouble free. Area is very nice and building complex even more so.

Nieuw comfortabel appartement

Zeer goed ontvangen geweest door eigenares, zeer proper appartement in een rustig deel van London. Met de trein in een half uur in waterloo station. Vlakbij Kew Gardens, mooi park maar nu helaas veel restauratiewerken. Voor ons (ouders met 2 volwassen zonen) een heel comfortabele vakantie.
