Desreen was amazing she’s everything.. I would request for her to be my housekeeper.. I will be back my birthday was by far the best to date .. I gained 15 pounds in 6 days .. omg I love RIU.. the staff just a great organization.. top tier.

Staff was friendly, room was clean when I got it. However the lack of regular cleaning service is not ideal. Room only gets cleaned every three days and only if you ask. There's no food on the premise so you'll have to buy outside of the property.
