“Well appointed and beautifully decorated 2 BR and 2 bathroom condo on 2nd floor of the building (stairs) with everything you need to be comfortable. We cooked breakfast and lunch at the condo and enjoyed dinner in various local restaurants. Wifi worked great. Note that washer/dryer (2/load) is on floor of the unit. Access to beach (on property) with chairs and ocean swimming - beautiful. Parking included- we ventured to other areas of the Keys (Key West, Bahia Honda State Park, Sombrero Beach).……

“Key Colony Beach is tucked away just north of Marathon, FL. The neighborhood was very walkable, and there were many locals out for morning and evening walks.The condo itself was clean and well apponted. The beach and pool areas were nice. There was a pogoda with two gas grills available for use, but we cooked in the small kitchen. We enjoyed our stay, and the host was very responsive to communications when our inbound flight got delayed.”

“The condo was very close to Sunset Park. Checking in and out was super easy. It is a short walk to two different scenic beach areas. There is one dedicated parking space for the unit. There were also some guest parking spaces open too. It was well stocked with chairs umbrellas and beach essentials. The kitchen was very well stocked too. “If you are reading all these, you are narrowing down your search. Let me help you - this is it! The perfect mix of pool, beach, perfect lodging, and location. We took two 13-year old girls and stayed in Marathon as our center spot. We flew to FL and then we drove down from Miami and got in around 5pm after stopping at the Publix for groceries. Breakfast and lunch at the condo and dinner out each night. The pool was perfect and never busy - lots of chairs, even during spring break time. The……

“This is our second time to this area and we loved every minute of it. The property was nice and has the essential.I wished this one had two beds in the second room, my children are older, one slept on the couch bed. No extra blanket available. I’m sure if I reached out to Luni she would have gotten one.Kudos to Luni, she was great and responsive to questions we did have. ”

“Our 2nd time staying at the property. Everything was great! Rooms each had a private bathroom. If I had to nitpick, I would say that I wish the kitchen countertops weren't tile and the the dock wasn't concrete. Not nearly enough to take away from the 5 star. Property mgnt company was great as well We had a tire issue on the trailer and they were understanding. Definitely recommend this place but not on the 2nd/3rd week of May... that's our week!”

“We cannot say enough nice things about this condo, the pool, the beach, the pier or the sunrises. This is an excellent setup for a family looking to entirely relax. The views are outstanding. You cannot get much closer to the water. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Fishing from the pier every morning proved eventful. And, just a 2 minute stroll to Sunset Beach each night to watch the show. Ideal!!!”

“Absolutely loved our stay! The home was spotless and even more beautiful in person. The photos really don’t do it justice. The canal-front location was perfect, and being just steps from the beach club and pool made everything super convenient. Half of our group fished right from the private dock while the others relaxed at the beach club, all without being far from each other. It was great not having to rely on the rental car to get around.The location on Marathon Island couldn’t be more……
