"We had to check in late and they did a great job accommodating us. The room was very nice. View was great. Bed slept great. The only issue was there was very little hot water the first few days. We never met any staff while there, so I can’t really rate them. "

"Pool and pool area was lovely and well maintained! The poolside Tiki Bar was a great option for drinks and food available there was reasonably priced and tasty. There are 3-4 restaurants you can walk to (5 min walk) and that is also a big plus. Our only caution was that this is an older property and some of the rooms are very "worn". We first had a King Accessible room and asked to move to a 2 Queen room that was in much better condition. Staff was very helpful and I would recommend this hotel as long as you understand that it is an older property."

"We were placed in a room far away from most things. The pool was a short walk away. The room was surface clean but not deep cleaned. There was a stain on the couch cushion when we made the pull out couch for our child. There wasn’t a vent in the bathroom and the bathroom was in between the two bedrooms without a window. Otherwise, everything was ok. We only stayed for 1 day. The staff was great!"
