“We were satisfied with the check-in process and were really excited about staying in the water bungalow for our anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience did not fully live up to what we expected for the price. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of privacy. We booked what was advertised as a private water bungalow expecting a secluded and romantic anniversary getaway. Instead, boats were able to come within just a few feet of the bungalow. At one point, people on a boat were literally……

“We rented boats from this resort as well. The experience with renting the two boats was absolutely a nightmare. They had us waiting over two hours while they figured out which boats we were able to take out because the original one had maggots and the other one they could not find the registration. We had over 20 people waiting around in the hot sun. On top of all that they did not give us any refund at all or discount. And the both day ended up giving us were too small over capacity so they……
