“We booked this last minute for a quick girls getaway. We wanted something away from but convenient to Duval. This was perfect. Tucked on a quiet street sat this wonderful place. It was private, comfortable, easy to get to everything and best of all was the swimming pool courtyard. We enjoyed days out and about and evenings with some prosecco in the pool. It would be easy to rent bikes and ride everywhere, but these two post-menopausal mamas were hot...so we rented a golf cart from Minty's.……

“Room is located on the second floor of very nice old building. Large porch made it wonderful to sit out on in the morning and evening. The room was not quite ready when we were supposed to check in due to prior occupants leaving it a mess but housekeeping did a great job getting it ready. Beautiful high ceilings, ceiling fans and AC that worked well. Just a few steps from lower Duval with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. 5 minute walk to the Hemmingway house and the Southernmost……

“The room was very nice. The building is older and the location is a bit off the beaten path if you want to be near the action, but it was a nice stay. The appliances are very nice; big washer and dryer, new fridge and nice spacious kitchen. The balcony is nice and big, the beds were comfortable. Overall nice stay. The agent that helped us was very communicative and we did t have to ask for anything . She made sure we had all the information we needed”

“Everything was very nice at the condo and the unit property manager and staff Zoey were incredible! The only negative it would have been nice to know about the seaweed that smelled like sulfur as couldn’t get in water and or not enjoyable to be outside near water. It could have given us the opportunity to cancel in advance”

“Biggest downfall was the elevators out of order and not fixed on the day they said would be fixed, my elderly friend didn't leave much because of that issue and they could only get another room for us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor which required 4 flights of stairs; the balcony furniture was torn in many places; the pull-out couch was uncomfortable; neighbors beside us smoke marijuana a lot and it filled our room with the smell; suggest to have a written paper of what all is offered rather……

“We loved our stay of several nights. The location was perfect—a quick 3 minute walk to the best coffee in Key West (Cuban Queen), and just a few more steps to Duval. The seaport was a 10-minute walk in one direction and Louie’s Backyard was 12-minutes in the opposite direction. The apartment was well stocked and the beds comfy. The pool was great for us and it came with onsite entertainment delivered by a family of iguanas. They came out every afternoon to enjoy a snack of the tropical flora.……
