A Great Pre-Wedding Getaway

This location was awesome and very convenient to the airport and trolley stops. There is also a convenience store within walking distance, and Uber/Lyft availability is very plentiful on KW. The upgrades in the condo were really beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, and the condo was well decorated and clean. Management responded quickly to all questions and were very accommodating. We would highly recommend this location to any family or small group. And we will keep this location in mind for any future trips. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place to relax in Key West

It's exactly like the pictures!No disappointments, no surprises, just a quiet location that is beautifully fitted out and well appointed.There's two bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. The yellow room has a lower bed, which is nice for shorter people. The bathroom for that room can also be accessed from the main living area and has the stacked washer and dryer. The blue room's bed is much higher off the floor. Both rooms have TVs with free channels (not Roku, though streaming options exist) and both bedrooms faced east(ish) but had nice shades. In short, my friend and I each slept well and had plenty of space, each having our own private bedroom and bathroom.The balcony off the living room also faces the same direction and has a lovely view over the pool. The kitchen is well-appointed and has a variety of dishes, knives, appliances, and kitchen ware in case you want to cook. (Only recommendation is to add a salt and pepper shaker, maybe a pair of scissors which will make it absolutely perfect!)The hosts were thorough and helpful in their communications. We had a couple questions after arrival and they were quick to reply. (Tip: the thermostat is a white box on the mirrored wall by the entry, which wasn't obvious to us but helpful to discover to dial in temps based on individual preferences.)We really appreciated the clear and easy entry instructions and initial coffee to get us settled before we stocked up.All in all, we had a fantastic stay on the quieter side of

Graduation trip

After a rough time getting down to Key West and Hertz being closed by the time we got in, Rick really went above and beyond to make sure that our bad travel experience didn’t hamper our week. Just based on Rick’s treatment of us I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo, or any others that are owned by his company.

It was great! The only downside is that we chose this rental specifically for the gym. The gym is closed until9 am. In all my travels this is a first for me. Most people like to work out early in the mornings especially while on vacation so they can go out and enjoy the day. Additionally, there was only 1 kettlebell (no other weights) in the gym. I think this should be explained in greater detail when advertising a gym.

Nice experience

My experience overall was great staying at Richard’s. The place was cleaned well. Lots of room for 3 people to move comfortably . Love our balcony and the pool. Richard communicated and answered any questions I had promptly and was a joy to communicate with. The only thing that I had feedback on was the cell phone reception. It was quite spotty for the area. The Internet also went in and out . Overall my family and I enjoyed the experience and do plan to come back.
