“Hotel is Clean . Really nice manager & great service ! ”

“Disappointing that the breakfasts were not included as per their website. Found upon arrival that you had to be staying in the "Guest House" to get the free breakfast. $65.00 per day resort fees seems exorbitant as did the $50.00 per night to park our golf cart. Had a ceiling fan malfunction that we had to address with the front desk four different times. Hotel was nice but these issues would give us pause to stay there ever again.”

“We had a fabulous stay at the Duval Gardens, now part of the Southernmost Beach Resort Hotel (guesthouses) Great location and the breakfast in the morning on the porch was lovely. The beds were a little firm for our liking but other then that the stay was perfect. Kimberly took great care of us and made the stay even better! ”
