"This is a hidden gem! As advertised, it was clean and cozy! Lots of off street private parking. Excellent lightening in the parking area, stairs and as you enter the apartment. A very well appointed full kitchen. All rooms (bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. We will come and stay again. An excellent place for short or long term stays. "My husband and I loved this hotel! We were sad we only got to stay 1 night in our road trip! The parking lot was easily accessible and felt safe! It’s beautiful driving up and down the mountain. The staff was extremely, especially Carlos, I believe his name was! "

"We were under the impression that we had reserved a room with 1 king and 2 queen beds. We were given a room with 1 king and 1 queen bed. The hotel staff member at the front desk said there are no rooms in the hotel with 3 beds. We re-checked the hotel website and they do list rooms with 1 king and 2 queen beds. We re-checked our reservation and it read "multiple beds". The reservation contained no specifics about the quantity and size of beds. We had to rent a roll-away. Also, when we went to the hotel cafe for supper, there were no staff members to be found. We purchased a bottle of soda at the hotel store and it cost $5.00. The room was semi-clean. The TV was covered with dust. On the plus side, the breakfast and breakfast staff were Great! Parking was good. Our kids enjoyed the attached waterpark All-in-all, the hotel was OK. Next time, we'll purchase waterpark tickets and skip the hotel."
