“Had great time at the house. It's very large and was stocked with enough bath towels and dishes. We loved having access to the pool and gym. The ac kept the entire house very cool. We also loved the oversized washer and dryer. My only recommendation is to replace the beach umbrella and add a few more beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again!”

“My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here with our dog! The neighborhood is nice and walkable, the unit was clean and had everything we needed. As a matter of information, I did not see a place where we could control the temperature, but it was very comfortable while we were here. “We stayed in Gainesville during July 4th and needed to book a place that would accommodate not only my husband and me, but also our little pup-pups. As I was also going to UF SHands (just a few minutes away) - it was perfect. It was well appointed and clean. The neighbors were also SO NICE - especially as I had just come out of surgery and part of a tree fell, and they rushed out and took care of it and told me not to do anything! Wonderful southern hospitality. We were very comfortable. ……

"The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience."
