Great short stay for family ski trip

Great condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Great location, nice swimming pool amenities next door and right at shops and restaurants. Short walk to gondola. Only downside was that one of the elevators - the one accessing the parking garage - was out of order.

Great spot for a quick getaway

Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Location was in the heart of the activity. Close enough to walk to the slopes. Parking was a bonus being underground. Pool was in a different building which made for cold walks back. Place was nice and just as described in the booking.

Mostly great

Everything was as described in the posting. The location was wonderful, we got a great deal on the price. The unit itself needs updating. The couch is old and scratchy, I didn't want to sit on it. The dining room chair seats are in shreds. The comforter and blankets are very well worn. A note to housekeeping, you need to vacuum under furniture and in the corners. Mostly great.

Dirty

This is my fourth stay at this property. The units are cleaned but everything is just old, stained and dirty. Carpet and the furniture are gross. Opened the sofa bed, mattress protector had stains. no extra sheets in the closet but there was an extra comforter which was stained. The heat was unbearable, had to open several windows to get the temperature down and comfortable.

Nice property, but misled by management company

The property is nice, clean, and convenient to the slopes. The main issue is that there are NO working elevators so you must use the stairs. This property is on the 4th floor so walking up and down the stairs to bring up your luggage, groceries, etc is ludicrous! Even walking up the stairs after a long day of skiing is enough to send you over the edge. The elevators haven’t been working since the beginning of January and this was never communicated to us. We received a text just a few hours before our arrival letting us know (clearly far too late to make other lodging arrangements). They say they will help you with your luggage, but it has to be during their office hours and they can’t even guarantee someone will be there to help when you need them. We arrived after their office was closed so my husband had to carry over 200 pounds of luggage up 5 flights of stairs (from the underground parking garage). If someone with a disability or someone elderly had arrived at this property they would have been unable to access their room. This was vital information that should have been communicated to us. The rental company refunded us a mere $30 for the inconvenience. Also, they are nowhere near repairing the elevator (I spoke with the elevator repairman). So that said, contact the Buffalo lodge and ensure that the elevator is operating before you book this property.

Property was exactly how it was listed

Location was perfect in River Run! Condo was just how it was advertised so no surprises there and was reasonably priced. It was comfortable for two. Would be a bit tight for more than that. Got a little warm due to no a/c but they provided fans so that helped. There was a cart available to lug all our “stuff” to and from the condo which was helpful. Felt like the heater was on down in the lobby/pool table area which was a bit uncomfortable but we didn’t use that space anyway. The pedestal sink in the bathroom is our only complaint. It is very small so my husband struggled a bit shaving.

Great location for ski in/out

The apartment was great, amazing location for skiing, we had everything we needed for our stay, they even included a humidifier for the bedroom. Hot tub was a blast after skiing all day. Would definitely go there again!

Great location in the square and walking distance to ski slopes. Outdated with rips in chairs and dirty carpeting. Beds were comfortable. Check in process is a bit annoying especially when you arrive at night due to having to go to a different building which was not clearly marked to obtain the keys. There was no where to place dirty towels and not enough towels provided for a week long stay. No room service provided during our stay. Probably would not stay again overall but not terrible due to location and great views.

Nice place

This place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The only complaint is that the bedroom was very warm even with the windows wide open.

Nice condo, great location and access to gondola, shops and restaurants

The condo was nice and even though older, in very good condition. We had access to everything that we would need during our weekend stay, to include a fully equipped kitchen. Hot tubs on the main level were a nicety to enjoy, especially after being out on the slopes all day. I would definitely recommend this condo -- the location is perfect, 5 minute walk from the gondola, shops and restaurants.

Perfect for groups 2-3

Stayed here with my boyfriend and his friend. The location was wonderful and the kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable and we could only find a comforter for it shoved in a drawer that didn’t appear washed. The bed was great so if you’re only a couple you’ll be fine. Bring your own coffee the stuff they provided us with was terrible and also bring your own soap the soap they give you is brown and messy. The property was great, 2 outdoor hot tubs and 2 very nice pool tables. Ski lockers were very convenient and again the location is amazing.
