Beautiful and Cozy River Run TH

We had 10 people in our family stay last week. Ages ranged from 8 to 70. Perfect location. Easy walk to River Run or take a super short drive the opposite way to Mountain House. The living area and kitchen are spacious and open, making it a great place for the whole crew to hang out and laugh. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Perfect spot for a ski getaway

Fantastic spot for a large group. Spacious common areas and well equipped kitchen. Great location - can walk to River Run or a short drive to Mountain House lift. Everyone loved taking a dip in the hot tub after a long day of skiing.

Ski Weekend w/ the fellas

Had an amazing time at the perfect ski-in townhome during our recent ski weekend trip with the fellas. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to large families or groups of friends visiting the Aspen resort ski area.

Such a wonderful stay!! Super close and convenient for skiing in keystone. We were able to walk and drive if needed to ski. Plenty of room in garage to store equipment and even more room inside for lounging. Only complaint is not having clear directions for dumpster.

This place is beautiful and the location can’t be beat . Our place looked impeccable when we got there and plenty of linens , etc. love the decor too !!

Great location and setup for families!

We had a large group stay during the bacon and bourbon festival and couldn't have been happier with the property. It was very clean and walking distance to everything in Keystone. The large area upstairs was great for entertaining our big group. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice house but lots of issues

We arrived and every single dish (50+) in the cabinets was dirty, we spent the first evening hand washing every dish, glass, cup and silverware we found. Additionally, we wiped down every surface just in case the rest was not cleaned either. Lots of dusty surfaces (eg night stands) Very concerning given COViD. The internet stopped working properly after 2 days, so we could not get online or watch TV the last 3 afternoons and evenings. Then on the last night the garage doors stopped working so we had to manually open them and park outside so we wouldn’t get stuck.
