Beautiful place

We have stayed in keystone 5 times now and this one was our favorite stay. The fire place didn’t work BUT everything was so nice! Lots of space and the sliding doors sounded like turkeys so we got a kick out of it 😂

Small issue with room never resolved.

This company hands off management to another company within the hotel to manage the day-to-day, and although we had a positive check-in experience, our 2 minor issues were never resolved during our stay. A light bulb was needed in the kitchen, and a window would not shut completely (it's old) and we asked for assistance. I called the maintenance line and NOBODY showed up the entire stay! Great location. Aging accommodations, outdated kitchen supplies (no non-stick pans), way too expensive.

Apartment wasn’t available when we arrived

In a nut shell we all arrived and the place we’d booked wasn’t available so we were moved to another unit. Unfortunately we spent a couple of hours finding it (so basically lost our Friday night). We also lost our lake view and was sent somewhere (albeit nice) else was kinda loud and no nice view etc. I think the thing that I’m most disappointed about is I’ve contacted redawning 3 time in a week and they can’t/won’t help because the management company “aren’t responding to emails/calls”. Overall we had a decent time but dealing with redawning/this management company has left a lot to be desired. Will avoid this process next time and book elsewhere for sure.

Great Place

Everything about this condo was wonderful (except the cutting board :o) ). we loved this place. It was modern, updated and the management was wonderful. The bed was co comfortable I thought I might never wake up. All around, it was great. we could only find a marble cutting board which was a wreck on the knives, but everything else was perfect.

BOOK THIS PLACE NOW!!

I don’t see how anyone can knock on this room! It exceeded all expectations! Perfect location. Phenomenal views. Yes, the building is older and needs a little TLC.. but that’s no big deal. The room is nicely renovated. Easy check in/ check out. Many restaurants and shopping close by. Highly recommend!!! Thanks for the awesome stay!! Will be returning and sending all of my friends your way!

Perfect weekend Getaway

We had a beautiful Anniversary weekend with our kids at Keystone. This condo fit our needs and what a huge plus - on the lake, newly renovated, and easy access to the slopes. Condo: Amazing corner condo with spectacular views and right on the lake with a balcony. The description states it sleeps 6 (which is does) but it does not give you much room to move, cook or place your bags. The condo has 2 large walk-in closets but once your ski bags are placed in these areas, there isn't room for other bags. The kitchen is very small - my husband and I were climbing over each other. The dining table is large and there is a kitchen bar. It has a queen bed AND a sofa bed in the living room. The queen bed in living room was comfortable, the sofa bed mattress is typical, no support and springy. My daughter slept on it and wasn't comfortable, my son opted to sleep on the floor. The master bed is a queen and that mattress is too soft for our liking but everyone is different. The pillows were soft and small. The 2 bathrooms are well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. This was a plus! The 1st bathroom has a stand up shower, the master was huge. Pros - fully equipped kitchen, large closets, 2 full beds, large/equipped bathrooms, beautifully updated condo, gorgeous views Cons - soft beds, still small for our family (better for a small family of 5-6), small kitchen Facility: The building looks older than the others but when you step inside everything looks updated. There isn't much parking for this condo - we were unable to find a spot and parked across Rte 6 until a spot opened up. Key access into the building and ski lockers are directly inside plus elevators directly inside - nice when loading and unloading. Ski lift bus pick up at both the Condo and Keystone Lodge. Ski locker key are located inside the condo (ours were not in there, we called the 24hr line and the keys arrived by 830a the next morning - Talk about Service!!!) Keystone Lodge has a pool (indoor -for 2 seconds, and outdoor) and 2 hot tubs (indoor and outdoor; sauna and Spa. On site they have a Bistro, deli, and cafe but all major shopping is at River Run. Ice Skating and hockey is on the lake. Pros: location, amenities, service Cons: shopping, Starbucks! We had a fantastic weekend. Still a 5 Star condo!! This condo was a bit small than we thought. Very well maintained and great renovations. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
