Fantastic Condo!

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo 2/2025 and it was excellent. Clean, updated, and every home accessory you need, and then some. It is about 3 minutes away from the base of the mountain, which was nice to be out of the congestion. Go ahead and book! You won’t regret it.

Comfortable stay

The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable for our family of 5. The garage was great. The hot tub is a bit small but nice and warm. About 5 min drive to river run. Summit county mountain retreats were great to work with. Keep in mind the condo key cards get picked up at another location but it’s close by. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Unit

We enjoyed our stay at Clearwater Lofts. The unit was cozy and clean and equipped with all we needed. Location is great with convenient shuttle to the slopes or close enough to walk. Hot tub was well kept and clean. We would definitely stay again!

This property looks just like the pictures. Very cozy and great location! Quick drive to Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge. Loved the heated garage parking. Appreciated the texts with check in and check out information. We loved that they supplied everything we needed from toilet paper and paper towels to containers for leftovers. I also noticed a cork screw, can opener, spices, and other kitchen necessities! The hot tub was close and nice as well!

Keystone ski trip experience

Above and Beyond!

We had an unfortunate accident and had to extend our stay. The management went above and beyond helping us find a place to stay at the last minute and gave us a discount and even a bottle of wine. They are also so accommodating and always very quick to respond.

Absolutely everything we needed for 5 days. Great hot tub very close. Everything was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Only small complaint was that it faces Highway 6 which is fairly noisy.We can’t wait to return! Bonus - check out Last Chance Pizza for great pizza at a very reasonable price!

Lakeside condo in Keystone

Our stay was great, check in and communication were excellent, we had a few questions that were answered promptly. Condo is very well stocked with all necessities, including kitchen - we cooked all our meals and it was fantastic. The highlight of stay - storage unit assigned to condo that fit our 4 bikes and other equipment. One drawback- the unit is gets hot in the summer, the ceiling fans in secondary bedroom and living room had only one slow speed, with no way to adjust. Master bedroom ceiling fan though worked great.

Summer Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 had a wonderful time and enjoyed our summer stay at the Clearwater Lofts. Everything is new, modern, and clean. Everything we needed was there. It is located right on the bike/walking path. We enjoyed the hot tub a few evenings. We walked to restaurants and to paddle boating nearby. The only complaint for this particular unit is that we are from the Midwest, and the unit only cools when the windows are open. Our first night was uncomfortably warm - even with windows open and 3 box fans. 2 of the 3 ceiling fans would not circulate beyond a low level. We did contact maintenance for not being equipped with the controls (wall or remote) to increase the ceiling fan speed, however, it was deemed a low priority and was not addressed during our stay. It took some time to circulate the cool air at the beginning of our stay.

A Poor Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we checked in for our stay, we discovered that the glass door to the shower in the primary bathroom was inoperable. Its hinges were out of alignment and it was pushed against the wall tiles in such a way that it could not move at all. We received a text message after checking in, instructing us to text back if there were any issues, which we did, and received no response. As a party of four who had finished a long day of hiking, we began using the one other tub/shower, which was not ideal. However, after one person had showered there, we also discovered that there was no hair dryer available, as there should have been. We located an after-hours number for the management company, but they could not provide a hair dryer until the following day. This made for a long evening for the person with wet hair, as well as those who could not shower at all. The next day, someone did leave a dryer for us - but it is the kind that mounts to a wall, and they did not actually mount it anywhere (they just left it in the box), so it was quite awkward to use. They also adjusted the hinges on the shower door, but it still scrapes the wall tiles (it looks like it was improperly installed). It is likely to shatter at some point, due to the pressure exerted when it moves. More minor, but also worth noting is that the window shades have to be lowered by hand, and when fully raised (as they were at check-in) they are located about eight feet off the floor, so it's impossible to reach them without standing on furniture. There are many rental options in this area and we will not choose this management company again.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the property. The property is new with garage parking. Near walking/biking trails with amazing views. All appliances and cookware were great. They even provided spices.The only feature that made it less than perfect is that the patio/windows face the road. Without AC, opening the windows is a must to cool down the rooms. The road noise was too load to leave them open at night. The owners did provide several box fans that coupled with the ceiling fans were enough to keep cool at night.

July vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful, modern unit and we were very pleased with how clean it was overall. Because we visited in July and the condo has no air conditioning, we opened the windows as it got quite hot and stuffy. However, the condo directly faces a very busy street and it was impossible to get a good nights sleep due to noise. Also of note are the window blinds - they are almost a mesh material and do not block any light streaming in at night, so this was also disruptive to sleep. Overall, if this condo's location had been on the opposite side of the complex, we probably would have had a different, more quiet experience. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and it was nice to have laundry facilities in the unit.

For as expensive as this place was, I was really expecting them to pay closer attention to details especially with cleanliness. Having a baby with us, we expected a floor that we would feel comfortable with him crawling and barefoot walking. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the rugs in the property. The bath tub where he would bathe had visible mold in the over flow spout. There was soap scum around the drain that I had to clean myself... The recliner (or non-working recliner) had stains all over it. The TV in the master bedroom would restart the cable box every time you turned it on and sometimes wouldn't ever come on, claiming that it had lost connection to the satellites. Since we aren't from a high altitude environment, our skin and sinuses would dry out terribly while sleeping... They had humidifiers available for guest use but only one worked and not well enough to keep a liveable humidity in the master room while we were sleeping... There were also several broken pictures and wall fixtures.... I saw complaints about the road noise before booking and I wish I would've taken it a little more seriously, the highway was right outside the balcony and master windows with semis zooming to Lovelands pass all night, every single night.... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay minus these things. We also didn't stay in the property the entire time which made a difference.
