Condo in River Run Only a Short Walk to Gondola, Shops and Restaurants!

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with beautiful slope views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has cubbies above mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony. Take in the slope views while enjoying a cup of coffee and watch the skiers on River Run.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats five. The bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and beautiful views.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Great property, bedroom tv didn’t work. There was an electrical storm before we arrived and it could not get fixed until we left. Otherwise was a perfect weekend get away.

Overall, we liked the location, as we were able to walk to Keystone Village as needed and it was within a reasonable driving range of the activities we wanted to do. In terms of the unit itself, the dishwasher needs to be replaced, as it is outdated and did not work when we tried to run it before we left. The curtains leading out to the balcony seem to be missing a panel and they were falling off the rods. Finally, the windows in the living area wouldn’t close and the red couch was heavily stained. The bedroom and the bathroom were fine and we appreciated the fan.

Midweek ski trip

Good location and parking garage. Well equipped, clean condo with plenty of hooks and storage. Construction out the front window started at 7AM. That was our only complaint. Checked skis overnight at gondola for an easy walk to ski each morning. We would definitely stay again!

Great Trip

This unit was exactly what we expected. It was clean, comfortable, had a good view of the slopes and was a great location (short walk to gondola and village. The building itself was well maintained and quiet even on New Year's Eve. Was also nice to have indoor parking in the garage. Will definitely be back.

Nice cabin feel

I really enjoyed my stay here so much I extended it. They really have a well stocked kitchen and the property management and staff were all a pleasure to speak with. The unfortunate piece is one they have zero control over and that’s the construction outside the unit which I anticipate will be going on for some time (hopefully they take the season off) so no day naps. I only used the hot tub once as it wasn’t as hot as I would prefer it so I can’t recommend the stay for that but also it was just once so I can’t not recommend it for that. I home you enjoy your stay as much as I did!

This stay was exactly what we needed and wanted! Great location to all of Summit County. The property was phenomenal! Underground parking, elevators, easy in and out, next to the mountains, everything was perfect! We'll definitely be back!

I loved my stay here. It had a fantastic view with great amenities. Be careful if you have a large vehicle. The garage is rather short and I was barely able to get my Outback with a Topper into the entry.

Great place to relax and work on the off season.

The area was easy to get around and enjoy the outdoors. The place was nice and well outfitted with enough amenities to stay comfortably. Checkin and out was easy. The water gets hot really quickly. The view was beautiful. The building gets very hot so leave the windows open if you like it cooler. The dishwasher would not close so I was unable to run the wash.

Nice location

Property is in perfect location but it is very outdated. Someone post here not to long ago about stain on couches, they actually did not do anything about that , to me it was not really stain, it look like when furniture wear down a lot . Other thing is they have carpet all way to door and in whole condo, in front of the door there was some stains of dirt which not surprised me , why on the earth someone will put carpet at entrance. I still had good time , best thing was 3 min walk to Gondola or Summit lift . Condo was stuck up very good with everything ,did not need anything special besides food .

Great location....but check-in process and cleanliness left more to be desired

PROS: Location: Short walk away from the River Run gondola. Our unit had a clear view of the main slope and gondola from the living room and balcony. You can walk to River Run Village in less than 5 minutes. CONS: Check-in Process: You can't check-in at the unit itself. You have go a few miles down the road to a separate building, where a "secure" lockbox has an envelope with your last name on it, which contains your room keys. This was a pain because we did not have a rental car and it was a quite a hike from the unit itself. Also, there is nothing secure about the lockbox. There was a line of about 10 people waiting to get their keys and the lockbox was wide open with a pile of envelopes inside. The envelope just has your last name on it, so if another renter shares your last name you run the risk of accidentally grabbing their envelope and keys. Cleanliness: The couch has a massive sticky stain on it that covered 2 of the 3 cushions. I'm not a neat freak but this was just disgusting. We immediately messaged the contact for the property. They responded quickly but said there was nothing they could do on such "short notice". Seriously? What a joke. On our 3rd day, as we were about to go out, someone randomly showed up to clean the couch. No heads up. We declined, since we didn't want some random person in our room while we were out all day. Closet Space: Another problem we encountered was the complete lack of closet space or storage for our clothes. There were two closets in the room, one was locked, and the other was tiny and almost full will sheets, pillows, and random stuff. We were staying for a week and had to live out of out suitcases. OVERALL: I wouldn't stay here again. The location was great but we had friends staying in other parts of the mountain who were just as close to the slopes, and had a much better experience with their rentals units.

Me and a buddy drove from Chicago for a long weekend and this room was perfect. Could see the lifts from the room and was only a short walk. If you are looking for a cozy ski in/out place this is it.

1st visit of the 2019/20 season and it was fantastic. This was our 2nd visit at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. Amenities, location, size was perfect for our weekend getaway from Denver. We will be back!

Great little place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo this past weekend! Check-in was a breeze and the condo was just as described. You can't beat the views from the balcony or the proximity to Keystone Village/the gondola. Overall such a great place!
