Condo Overlooking Dercum Square, 2 Min Walk to Lifts, Shops & Dining!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, a queen bed, a full-sized bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features two private balconies, one overlooking Dercum Square and offering views of the Gore Mountain Range. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. New flooring and carpeting in the fall of 2020, as well as 2 new beds and 3 new high-end mattresses. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a stone gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. There is a small two-person game table with an inlaid chessboard. The private balcony is just off of the living area and offers views of the Gore Mountain Range and overlooks Dercum Square that features an ice skating rink in winter and a putt-putt golf course in summer.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six people but with two additional leaves it can seat up to eight. Just off of the living area is the first of two full bathrooms and it has a shower/tub combination and a pedestal sink. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed with a new, high-end mattress. It has a flat screen TV and its own private balcony. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a flat screen TV, and two new beds, one queen-sized and one full-sized.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Ski trip

This condo was perfect for our ski trip! Walking distance to the gondola, as well as some shops and restaurants. It was fully stocked with everything we needed from cooking meals, to extra blankets and a humidifier. Would definitely stay here again

Fun family vacation. Walk to ski lift in minutes, nice hot tub and heated pool, many nice restaurants and store on property. Clean, well appointed, spacious condo. Very nicely decorated! Love it! ❤️

Ski getaway

We had an enjoyable stay at River Run. The location was better than expected, as the short walk to gondola and shops/restaurants was amazing! We had 4 adults and the size was perfect for that, I think 6 or more would be cramped. The place was a bit dated and used, I would recommend a slight facelift and a reduction in furniture to give more space. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would stay again.

Keystone condo by Red River Gondola

The condo was nice and had everything you needed. The big disappointment is no place to store luggage and skis if you arrive early or when you check out at 10am and want to enjoy your day in Keystone with out a vehicle. When we arrived the heat was disconnected and we did not know until 10pm on Saturday night. We did as the directions stated and only turned it up a little and was patient for it to kick in, but it never did. We are from Wisconsin and know what cold weather is. Maintenance came with in 15 minutes and brought 3 space heaters and made sure the thermostat was all connected and left us with heat via the space heaters. He was very nice and pleasant and helpful. He thought the radiator should kick in soon. The following morning nothing was still Coming from the radiator so we called maintenance again and that when they found radiators were disconnected in unit behind the dresser, therefore no heat in condo unit. That maintenance man reconnected pipes and we had extreme heat for the rest of the trip even though the thermostat was set at 55. The location is wonderful and unit was perfect for 4 adults. Having some information about the Local keystone bus service would be helpful for guest with out a car since there are not many Ubers/Lyfts available in this area. Great location and condo. We’d come back.

Perfect Snowboarding Getaway

We stayed here for our snowboarding trip at Keystone and it was by far the best trip I’ve taken to the mountain. The hassle free access to the slopes and the warm cozy accommodations made for a wonderful weekend with friends. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress free vacation.

Nice place but plan on $200 for parking.

Good place and location but plan on $25 a night plus $40 extra a day for parking another vehicle. We had two cars and only one could be at the property. Very inconvenient when you have a second vehicle. Plus we ended up getting two parking tickets because it wouldn’t let you prepay. So my husband had to go out to the car everyday to pay. Kind of annoying. The oven also didn’t work which we planned several meals using the oven. So then we had to eat out. We reached out to the management company but no one showed up to fix it.

Surprise!

Other than problem with elevator the only other thing was that the village seemed to shut down from Monday thru Thursday after the wine festival. Very few restaurants open. GREAT location & place to stay when everything is up & running!

Amazing view and very roomy!

Our son plays ice hockey and the ice rink was right out our window so we just had to yell for him to come in. The table and kitchen were great for our family of five. It was just like the table we had at home. It was also helpful for there to be two queen beds and two bathrooms. AMAZING place to stay!

The shades were broken to the porch the beds were very soft, the carpet had stains and none of the clocks worked. It was a nice property close to everything and nice amenities. The property needs a thorough dusting better mattresses shades need to be fixed to patio and batteries put in clocks. The coffee that was left was old and just off. Great location lots of potential has been left to age without taking care of things.

Overall the property is as listed.

Easy access to the Condo. The carpet is starting to show a little wear and the master shower was slow draining. The TV's in the room were small but the living room TV was nice. No A.C. but that's Colorado.
