We had a mouse in our condo when we returned from skiing. I was on the phone with Vrbo and Summit for over an hour trying to figure out who was responsible for dealing with the mouse. The person on the phone wanted to give me a 50 credit for my inconvenience but nothing credited to my credit card. Then she passed me off to a manger who wanted a photo of said mouse. Initially Vrbo wanted me to contact the owner of the condo. I finally got a hold of Summit Cove and maintenance. Mice are a known problem in that condo. There were mouse traps in every closet. There was also wrappers and food under the pull out sofa. The hike under the baseboard heater is where the mouse was getting in and out. There was no urgency in dealing with it.
