Cute and cozy but won't be back
The morning after we arrived we realized there was no hot water in the master bathroom shower. I contacted the property management group right away to inform them and was told someone would be out to fix it soon. The next day, when we arrived back for the evening, we could tell someone had been there because lights were left on and some of our personal belongings in the bathroom were disrespectfully thrown to and left on the floor. However, there was still no hot water. I received a text the NEXT day that someone would be coming out that day - by 6pm I had to ask what time because no one had shown up still. Finally, around 8pm on the evening before we were departing someone showed up to fix the shower that we no longer needed. It was very disappointing the way it was handled. Granted we did have a second shower, but when you're paying more for a place with 2 full bathrooms to support three adults, you expect it to work or at least be taken care of with some urgency. Other than that, this unit was clean and the check in process was not hard. The location is good - walking distance to the gondola and bars/restaurants/shops.

Perfect spot for a vacation!
It's not our first stay here, we are returning customers. Apartment perfect for our stay: clean and good equipped with everything you need to stay, from kitchen stuff to portable outdoor chair and extra blankets. Located in convenient place a minute from River Run . We'll return again.

Nice Place for a quick and quiet Late Spring Getaway
This condo is located on the top floor with unobstructed views towards the continental divide. Although a very quiet and peaceful setting, this condo is easy walking distance to Keystone’s River Run base area. This large one bedroom was perfect for two and can accommodate four via the Murphy bed in the dining area. This unit is older and shows some wear but overall was a comfy place to stay! The property management company was super responsive and friendly - even during off hours.

Wonderful Ski Condo
My wife and I rented this condo for weekend ski getaway in Keystone, and it did not disappoint. It was exactly as advertised. Cozy, well-appointed and comfortable, within easy walking distance from the gondola and the village. Communication with the rental office was also very easy. Parking was ample and the place was quiet at night. The only downside was that the elevator was very slow and we were on the 5th floor. However, that was a minor inconvenience—we actually prefer to take the stairs! We’ll be back if the place is available for future trips to Keystone.

A bit crowded but everything you would need
This condo was a bit crowded with four people, mainly because there were lots of pieces of furniture that had to be moved around to get the pull-out and murphy bed out. Still, it was a great value in a beautiful setting. Check-in takes a bit to get keys from a different location but is manageable -- be sure to read and download instructions before you arrive.

Father & Son Colorado Get-A-Way
A great place to stay! There's a beautiful view up the valley and the center of Red Hawk Lodge area. There is some construction going on close by which did not deter from the experience. The accommodations were very nice, my son slept in the trundle bed and loved it! The master bdrm. was very nice comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was more than adequate (we made breakfasts and dinners there). Unfortunately, because of the time of the year some of the village shops/restaurants were closed but there is so much to do it did not matter as this time of year the resort is quiet, but honestly it was what we wanted. Keystone is the hub to so many other resorts we traveled to everyday but came back to Keystone. I would highly recommend the condo and the Keystone area.

Pretty view
Very cute spot. We didn't care for the construction going on and we weren't close to any shops or eating places really. It was odd not having air-conditioning but the fans and windows helped alot. The bed was so comfortable and it was nice have 2 bathrooms. The hot tub was great! Overall a very nice little place.

Thank you for leaving a review. In the off season, it is very common for HOA's to complete construction projects since during the winter months in is very challenging. It is very uncommon for properties in Summit County to have A/C and that is why it is not advertised because temps rarely get above 80 degrees. This property is located a short walk to the River Run Village area, where the shops and restaurants are.

Fantastic!
We loved everything about this property from the location outside the slopes and across the parking lot from the Village to the mattress on the king size bed. My family of four stayed very comfortably in this location and had the best time.

Great stay
We loved all aspects of this property. Check-in and check-out were simple, parking is good, we loved the two hot tubs and heated outdoor pool, ski lockers, pool table and foosball in the lobby kept the kids busy, and the condo was great. The only single and relatively minor drawback is that the elevator is remarkably slow. Whenever elevator traffic was heavy we might be waiting for close to 10 minutes. But that wouldn't be enough for us to not stay here again.

Very Disappointing
We arrived on Friday, Jan 28th and had NO hot water until Sunday, Jan 30th. Communication with the property mgmt between their staff was poor. Unit is run down and had damaged that we reported immediately and was never fixed. Mgmt apologized but still made our stay ok instead of good.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. Unfortunately, the building had an emergency water shut off on 1/27 that caused intermittent hot water outages for the following days. This is out of our control and apologize for the inconvenience that this caused your group. We worked closely with this guest and the building manages to provide any updates as we received them. It was reported to us at SCMR on 1/28 that the blinds were not operational inthe living room. Our maintenance department investigated the blinds and we were unable to get the blind valance repaired without removing them from the unit. After several messages and phone calls with the guest they decided to have the valance repaired after their departure to cause less disruption.

Cozy, great location
This was a very cozy unit, perfect for two nights for our family of 4. We enjoyed the hot tub (and kids were brave enough to enjoy the pool). We were walking distance from all the restaurants and the gondola which was super convenient. The unit was clean and comfortable. The check in process is a little different and there is a $25 fee for checking in before 4:30, not something I’ve ever encountered with any other rental. That was probably the only downside. Everything else was great and highly recommend.

Amazing condo with beautiful view
We really loved staying here. It was off season so there wasn't much open nearby, keep that in mind when booking, but we mainly explored the Breckenridge area and there is lots nearby. The condo was incredible, the view from the balcony was gorgeous, the fireplace was perfect for when it got cold, the place was very clean except for a bit of dust on the bathroom lights but it wasn't a concern and everything else was perfect. The beds were great and the kids loved sleeping "in the closet" (on the Murphy bed). Check in was super easy, picking up our keys from the lock box, and all the detailed information on where to go and how to do it was so helpful. Check out was incredibly easy, cleaned up, left the key cards on the counter, and left! Easiest ever! We will happily recommend this to our friends! Thank you for such and easy, stress free, and fun stay.

Keystone Condo With A View
We had a great stay. Beautiful views. Within driving distance of great hiking spots and walking distance to great eateries. Would definitely go back. Nice relaxing vacation. The whole family enjoyed the amenities this condo had to offer.

Amazing Customer Service & Proximity
The place was awesome! Super close to the lift! Great get away and we used every ounce of space, from the murphy bed to pull out couch. The check in process was a bit confusing and the elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs to only find out those stairs didnt connect to our side of the building. Super weird layout. Once we figured it out it was fine, but frustrating after a long drive and day in, then unloading to lug things up stairs to the 5th floor and then realize you cant connect. Once the elevator did come back online, it was super slow. Other than that the condo was exactly how the pictures show. We did not have time to use the pool/hot tub but it did look great!

Perfect location!

Beautiful Condo, difficult to get to room!
Stayed at the condo the night before the Slacker Race. We had 5 girls and this condo was perfect for a quick night in the mountains, especially having the 2nd bathroom! The master bed was amazingly comfortable, however the Murphy Bed was a bit hard for older adult women, but would have been fine for kids! The views were incredible, the amenities of the building we great! Did mark it down 1 star, only due to the directions for parking and getting to the room. It just stated to park in the garage in the building, which we thought was the first entrance you arrive to, to however it is not, it is the second, but that was not in the directions. Also, once you go down in the garage, it doesn't tell you which side of the garage to park on, therefore we parked on the side that the elevator didn't take us to our room, therefore we had to carry all of our luggage outside and across to the other building to get to our room. Overall, wonderful and would definitely stay here again!
