Sunny little studio

Cute little studio, a little bit dated. The bathroom is very small and could have used some more cleaning before we got there, and the fan is wearing out so it makes a loud grinding sound, but not bad. Really lovely view right over the lake!! Room was v hot when we got in but windows and balcony give a nice cross-breeze (with screens to keep the bugs out). So cool to be able to see the sky at night, but don’t plan to sleep in, the sun will be in your bed for most of the day and there’s no shade on the skylight! Didn’t bother us because we expected that from the pictures but do be aware of that if you’re planning to book here especially in summer

This was a great location in Keystone - nicely located for everything we wanted to do. Loved falling asleep under the stars, and hearing the fountain in the lake. Nice and clean, and the check in process was spot on!

Skylight, lack of cups and blankets

We arrived at 4.05 pm and the condo was still being cleaned. Almost done, but when check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am, this delay matters. The huge downfall for us was the skylight right above the queen bed: even at night the bright moon woke both of us up. It would be nice to have some sort of light blockage, not everyone wants to get up at 6.30 am when they are on vacation. I can’t even imagine summer mornings there. Though the bed is quite nice, the mattress is too soft to be neutrally suitable for all kinds of sleepers. We indicated four people for the rental and only found 3 cups for tea/coffee. We like to have hot coffee and tea together, so not all of us could enjoy it at the same time. It’s seemingly a minor detail, but truly - get 3 more cups, please. Most full kitchen properties would provide cooking oil, which wasn’t the case here. Our fourth person didn’t have a blanket to sleep under. Please consuder including a couple proper blankets, they aren’t that expensive. Nights are cold and thin baby blankets or thin quilts don’t count as blankets for a grown person included in the rent. If there’s not enough cups or blankets, don’t advertise the place as suitable for 4 people. It is disrespectful to guests. The condo is in a good enough condition. Quite dated, with some wear but overall OK. One pleasing thing was quietness in the building. However, I won’t be staying here any more as such details really take away from vacation experience.

Great spot for Keystone / A-Basin

Great condo right on the lake for skiing in Keystone and A-Basin. Clean and all the amenities you need for two people, would recommend.

Perfect little place! It’s right on the ice skating rink. The pool is so warm even in winter and they have an indoor/outdoor hot tub! Very clean and cozy.
