Cozy condo with an easy shuttle to skiing!

Great place with everything we needed. Kitchen was great for cooking and enjoyed the private hot tub after a long day on the slopes.

Wonderful Stay

One of the best units I've ever stayed at in Summit County. Great location, everything you could want is provided for in the unit, extremely high end finishes, comfortable beds, tall ceilings, right off the bike path and close to the Mountain House lift and a short walk across the bridge to the Keystone Lake/Adventure Center. Highly recommended.

Great location in Quiet Area

I stay in this development 2-3 times a year. This was my first time staying at this particular condo.Great location and the condo has pretty much what you would need for your stay. The condo could use some love - was dusty and had just a lot of clutter of "stuff"; the pots and pans were very old and very scratched up. So great condo but needs some attention and updates.

Great stay

We came up for the weekend to go snowboarding and this was the perfect place to relax after a full day on the mountain! It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our only "complaint" would be that for a family with 5 girls with long and thick hair, there was definitely not enough shampoo/conditioner (1 very small bottle of each/bathroom). We had to buy some since we didn't think to bring our own. No big deal, but something to consider.

Our only problem was that we got there late and checkout is at 10am, so we could not enjoy the home for very long. The management staff was very helpful in answering our questions along the way. Would definitely stay there again! Just wish you could check in a little earlier with a later check out time.

Washer and dryer are key for ski trips. My only complaints: first, the hub tub water was dirty on arrival, but management company quickly took care of it. Second, you can hear the upstairs neighbors every footstep and conversation, it’s pretty unfortunate the builder was so careless with insulation as it is not the owners fault. Overall would definitely stay again!

Great Place - Needs a Little Love

I stay in this development twice a year, 2 months each stay. This was my first stay at this condo. It is a wonderful condo, with lots of space and amenities. I would definitely stay here again but it certainly needs a little love - the master bedroom has a very thick layer of dust on the fan, living room pillows/sofas are in bad shape, pots in kitchen are old and scuffed up; not that it is required but there is no step stool/ladder in condo and it is really hard to reach cereal bowls and other kitchen items on shelves. Again, great place but could use some touch ups/refresh.

Nice location, nice place. Very clean. Hot tub was very nice. Patio needed to be cleaned. No broom provided. Dirty patio = dirty hot tub from Feet going into hot tub. Fire pit did not work even after maintenance was there to look at it. This was a big bummer. Fireplace did not work. We have a family of 6. We were given 5 trash bags for the week. This was an issue. Please provide more Trash bags for stay so we have a place for our trash and help keep the place tidy.

Reviewer Comments: We searched many different options when planning our vacation and zeroed in on this condo in Keystone and we are very glad it worked out because it was PERFECT for our family including 2 teenagers!Everything was exactly as described, very clean and well maintained, stocked well with all the necessities. The location was fantastic... centrally located for the major plans we had made to explore the mountains. I had to contact the office about a slight issue we had with a dresser drawer not closing because we thought we got a pair of socks stuck behind the drawer and I had trouble removing the drawer. They promptly sent a guy over and he quickly recovered a sweatshirt that got back in there!!! Very courteous and helpful.I would without hesitation stay with them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for perfect accommodations in Keystone!!!!!

Although, there was some oversights, 2 stools in the kitchen were completely inoperable/extremely wobbly - you took your chances sitting there trying to eat breakfast. the hot tub was an awesome feature IF you were able to walk to & from without falling face first.. the walkway around the tub was frozen solid of about 3-7 inches of PURE ICE. there was no shovels located on property to try to break it down. we even tried to put things down to create a walkway over the ice, but that failed just as bad - as I took a really bad spill getting out of the hot tub. otherwise all else was great!

I was a little concerned with it being a ground floor unit but the ceilings are nice and high, it didn’t seemed cramped at all. It’s well decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay. We cooked almost every meal there. There was a grill, crockpot, plenty of pots and pans, very well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was perfect, a couple of steps out the back door. We loved having the indoor and outdoor fireplace options. I liked that the back patio was fenced in, didn’t have to worry about our kids wandering too far. The washer and dryer in unit worked great. There was enough laundry soap and dishwasher soap for our entire stay. We saw two moose right about the back of the unit. The only two very, very minor downsides were no broom or vacuum to sweep the floors and no hangers. Again, very minor issues. We’d definitely stay here again.

It was also private while being right near to everything. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and have time together as a family. It was a perfect retreat before I completed the Leadville 100 MTB race.
