This 1,685-square-foot condo is located on the (elevator-accessible) fourth floor of Tenderfoot Lodge, which sits a quarter-mile from Keystone's Argentine and Peru Express lifts. You'll be less than a mile west of River Run Village and the Keystone Bike Park, and mere steps from several local restaurants and eateries. Come summertime, you can tee off at either the Keystone River Course (two miles west) or the Ranch Course (four miles southwest).

BARBEQUES/FIREPITS/OPEN FLAMES – The use of all open flame charcoal, gas barbeques, cooking devices, wood/gas firepits, fire tables or heating devices are prohibited on balconies, patios, or elevated walkways as well as under any outdoor overhanging (covered) structure or within 10 feet of the building. Electric grills are acceptable to use on balconies. The propane grills located in the community grill area are still available to use.

Ski shuttle details: Summit Stage offers free public bus service throughout Summit county, Colorado, with service to ski areas, lodging, downtown areas, shopping, medical centers and some residential areas. When reviewing the schedule, make sure to click on the correct season as the times change season to season.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
