We enjoyed our stay. The condo is located on the top floor, which can get rather warm, but is a beautiful condo with excellent amenities.

Great room for keystone

Nice place with spacious kitchen and dinning area. Nice proximity to the mountain and definitely had a great balcony view. Make sure to stay here to have a great time in Keystone.

Great place

The property and room were really nice. No funky smells or anything weird. The check in process was abnormal, having to go to another building across the highway to get the keys. Would definitely recommend. My family will look to stay here again next time we’re in town.

Labor Day Getaway

Stayed at this lovely property for several days over Labor Day weekend. The check in process is at an offsite location but it’s extremely easy. Loved the covered garage parking and that the property offers shopping carts and luggage carts in the garage. The property site is very quiet and clean. We loved the huge comfy bed and enjoyed that the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook up something nice. Tea kettle but no tea unfortunately. We locked ourselves out accidentally and team was so responsive and helpful l. Loved the hot tub as well. We loved it so much we extended our stay another day.

Annoying building

While you cannot beat the location. This building is old and biggest frustration was the elevator. It took us almost two hours to load up and check out. This property is on the top floor and the elevator wasn’t working properly and extremely slow. It would skip our floor, floor 5, multiple times creating a very frustrating experience. Also the front door into the building, the second set of double doors was not working properly.

The condo was very comfortable. The washing machine/dryer combo is in the master bathroom. We could not get the dryer to work. My only complaint is an air freshner that is throughout the building. It caused allergy issues for me during our stay.

Everything worked great except we had trouble using the washer/dryer combo unit. The unit worked but we had trouble making it work as we felt the directions on the top of the machine were incomplete or could have been more specific. But we got our clothes washed and dried. It just took longer than we expected.

Very slow and the elevator isn't programmed properly. Never came to the 5th floor. Washing machine simply doesn't dry anything. Replace with a stacked system. Otherwise... one of the best stays ever! Thank you!

We cook most meals and felt the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Very clean. Just a short 3-5 minute walk to the gondola( we felt walking in/out thru the garage was faster than the front door). We didn’t use the pool and hot tub but it looked very inviting. My only suggestions are the mattresss (bedroom and Murphy) are probably getting close to needing replacing and the washer/dryer combo would only wash and not dry(we followed all instructions with no luck)—this was a big fail for us as we count on having this in the unit rather than using the public laundry.

We loved this unit, great location, super comfy and nice views from the balcony. The Dakota Lodge is right at the River Run base, with shops, food, bars and even a little grocery store. Super awesome location with views of the mountain while using outdoor pool and spa!
