River Run Condo has Private Balcony w/ Mountain Views, Close to Shops/Dining!

This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a queen-sized bed, a queen Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen and an extra half bath. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola.

The entryway has a mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. There's also a Murphy bed that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers scenic views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware you need to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a half bathroom near the entryway and it has a pedestal sink, shower with sliding glass doors and its own entrance to the primary bath toilet area. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination with a door separating the toilet area for added privacy.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

Great Location

The location, hot tub, and heated garage make this property hard to pass up. The actual unit is okay. All beds were horribly uncomfortable and it was very tiny. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. The listing lied about 2 toilets, there is only ONE toilet. There are 2 showers though. We enjoyed a week here, but due to the lack of restful sleep, couldn’t have made it much longer. Highly recommend the location though.

Nice place and location

Expedition Station is a short walk to the gondola and even shorter to the shops and restaurants. The small ice rink is right out the front door. Management is very nice and respond promptly to any needs or questions.

After rereading the reviews i think this listing is accurate. My number one complaint is that this property should not be listed as accommodating 6 people. This is a very small space. There is no storage for luggage and furniture needs to be moved nightly to make room for sleep arrangements. I felt like every time i walked through the space i had to turn sideways, climb over something and often knocked something over. The beds were very uncomfortable. I would compare this stay to a holiday inn with a kitchen. The property management was great. Always answered calls and met our requests. The pool, hot tub and steam room were a great feature. The location was amazing. I would recommend this for a couple and it will be a totally different experience. Aside from that, it simply doesn’t work for a family comfortably.

I stayed here February 6-10th with my dad for his 50th birthday. We loved the location and the heated parking garage so we could just leave our ski gear in the car instead of having it in the room over night. However, one of the showers would not give us hot water. I responded to their email asking how the stay was and they followed up with a text message saying that they would fix it, but the shower was never fixed. The coffee pot did not work right and we had grounds in our pot every morning no matter what we did. The space in there is also SO tight and not comparable to the pictures. You almost have to turn sideways to walk in front of the fireplace and squeeze past the coffee table. And when the pull out couch is down, you have to step over it to get through that area. The pictures make it seem more spacious. They also only provide 1 small humidifier that did not make a difference. Overall, it was fine because we spent most of our day outside and the location is great. But I think they could make furniture adjustments to make it more comfortable. It was just the two of us and we truly did not think that 4 people could stay there.

Easy check in place was clean and convienent . couple things to make minor improvement s. Some of light bulbs were burned out in dining area . kitchen could use a pizza cutter . otherwise great place. We wiyld definitely rent again .

Nice condo

Very nice condo with lots of stuff to do within walking distance. Pictures don’t do this complex justice! The condo was very clean, easy to get to and communication with property manager was quick. Having two showers was nice to have with our family of 5. The pool and hot tub area were nice. We enjoyed being able to swim outdoors in the heated pool even with chilly outdoor temps! Great place to stay!

A very nice condo and an even better location. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers and felt a little crowded.Other than being a little bit small, the bed was comfortable, it was very clean and had great amenities. The location is perfect, lots of activities and so close to shops, restaurants and bars.
