This place was so great! From property management, location, and place.of stay, was amazing. Great location! Loved that it was a small walking distance from the river. I will definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

This condo was a great location and very clean and quiet. Just a few minutes from town. We enjoyed our stay, and the pool and hot tub were a great plus to entertain our teenagers.

Peaceful and snowy

It was beautiful outside, lots of new snow. Some of the family couldn't make it up because of the roads, but those that came had a great time skiing and sledding!

Larger than expected!

I don't even remember how many we decided could sleep in this unit but it's a TON. We only had 4 in our group but location was excellent to pop over to A Basin and having elevator made 3rd floor a non issue. Plenty of towels, pillows, bedding. Only suggestion would be some smaller cooking pans. There were plenty of pans, but they were are huge.

Great Stay in Keystone

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently conducted a 4 day leadership retreat at the Pines in Keystone and had a great experience. We had previously stayed with a different company and were severely disappointed in their inability to provide the contracted services. This experience was much better. From check-in, to following up with questions we had, to having a great facility, it was a great retreat and we had a good experience. We will definitely plan to stay there again.

It was okay for the price

The complex is nice and the pool center was good. The unit seems to have been used heavily. One of the lounge chairs was bottomed out and couldn't be used. The futon mattress was stained and not comfortable. Cleanliness was okay, could have been better. Wouldn't stay in this unit again, but it was just okay.

But this particular unit did not have a working oven or a functional dishwasher. They put a countertop toaster oven next to the sink as a substitute, but none of the pans/cookware actually fit into this device. Short story, if you want to cook your own meals, do not rent this condo. We were forced to eat out / order in food every night of our stay. Was told I was going to get a refund within 30 days. I’m still waiting for it to hit my acccount.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so excited to book a condo so close to the base of Winter Park. According to the listing the condo was a "13 minute walk to the gondola" and appeared to be about 1000 meters East of the Amtrak station. When I received the actual address it was for a condo 4 miles West of the resort. NOT walkable at all.I contacted VRBO and they said the address matched their listing so they didn't care. The actual condo was great but I thought I could walk to the resort and absolutely could not. They should change the listing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pros of this lodge was it was very affordable. It also had plenty of space for the 4 of us that stayed there. And it was close to the resort and offered a shuttle. I also really liked how easy you can pick up the keys for the lodge.The cons of this place was 1. The dish washed was out of order which I understand they may have been waiting on a part for it which could explain the delay. 2. There were only 3 bowls provided for food. 3. The most irritating part was how they only provide just enough towels for each guest. Only 1 towel per guest. We wanted one more for the hot tub. We called the number provided on the fridge to reach management and when the person on the other end answered, they told us they don’t service our lodge. So we had no idea who to contact for more towels. Not sure why there was a number on the fridge for housekeeping that wasn’t for the lodge we were staying at.Overall, not a bad lodge especially for the price.

Great location, very comfortable beds & living spaces. Quick turnaround to requesting a new refrigerator water filter. Welcome packet pick-up link was sent to my phone just a few hours before check-in. My phone put it in spam. This break started off stressful.
