Keystone cool mountain air!

What a great property! Perfect location and beautiful views! Great beds, bathrooms! Short path to gondola and River Run village. Pool was lovely and hot tub. Kitchen so well appointed-would stay again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic location

This was awesome to see every detail thought of, they had very clear instructions for each step, and even board games and puzzles in the condo, we would feel blessed to be able to stay here again some day, thanks so much

Amazing Rental

The property is fantastic- the location is perfect for dining, shopping and easy access to the gondola and the lift. Property is clean and comfortable. Covered parking is a bonus. I would definitely rent this property again.

Absolutely perfect facility

The condo was well equipped except only having 4 forks. Everything was stocked well and appliances were fabulous. The owners thought of everything. Bathrobes, ski lockers, everything was fabulous. The only complaint was the check in process. Do not like having to go offsite to wait for keys. We had to Uber from the airport and couldn’t check in then didn’t have a way to get to the office and had to wait on Keyes and there was no bus to get us back. Horrible process but after that it was great.

Beautiful Accommodations in Keystone

I would recommend, and have actually already, to anyone looking for a getaway. The space was well furnished and clean! The check in process was easy to understand and I felt like I was well communicated with before, during, and after my stay without feeling like I was being over communicated with! Truly the only things that I would say, and they really aren't anything about the place and more environmental would be that they pool and hot tub had a ton of bugs in them and the prohibited us from taking advantage of them during out stay, as well as there were a lot of construction sounds throughout the day, which occasionally took away from the mountain stream sounds and outdoor ambiance. We have already said that we would be thrilled to stay at Lone Eagle again!

The Perfect Stay

We have stayed at five other properties in the Keystone/River Run area, and this is by far our families’s favorite! The unit is clean, beautifully decorated, and totally our style! The kitchen was fully furnished. The patio is perched in the treetops where we enjoyed morning coffee each morning. We slept with our windows open and enjoyed the sound of the nearby stream. The gym was perfect and the kids loved the pool! A short walk leads you to Keystone Village. Our kids found many activities to do within the village. We enjoyed a couple of the restaurants and the short walk back to the unit. We hope to visit again soon! Thanks again!

We have used this property management company and they are easy to work with and responsive when issues arise. My only complaints are minor. This is a nice unit, but the hair dryers were wall dryers that were not attached and one didn’t work which was a nuisance. Also, there were no nonstick pans not cooking oil although spices were available which made breakfast cooking not great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Delighted the elevator worked, which changes everything. The condo was immaculate and very spacious. Extremely well stocked. The dishwasher leaked, but we told the mgmt and they handled it. The only other problem was the outdoor shared spa jets were sort of broken - you have to hold the button in until they start, and then keep holding until the bottom jets start. Otherwise they all stop. And, only on one side of the spa do they work at all. So maintenance needs to be done there. But overall, an excellent place to stay! We're going again in a month!

Beautiful views and quiet. The rolling stream provides perfect noise to sleep by in the Summer. Very close to Village, yet totally away from the noise and hustle/bustle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is beautiful and residence well kept and maintained. It’s a simple walk to River Run and the Gondolas along a flowing creek. Ownership is easy and check in is too, as long as you actually read the directions in advance. Do t blame them if you didn't know the keys have to be picked up elsewhere (less than a mile down the road). We highly recommend this place to stay weather in the winter or summer!
