Great Location.

My daughter and I only stayed on night. We loved the location. Close to the lifts, restaurants and ice skating. Hot tub was nice and the pool was warm enough to stay in for a while on a cold night. The condo was clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect, as it is just next to the village, so walking to the gondola, or to get food, etc. is just a few steps. Observations:1. Dedicated indoor parking in a heated garage is an amazing feature.2. There is only one elevator, so it can get crowded at times. Just remember, you are on vacation. 3. The management company was excellent. We had two minor issues, and both were resolved with a simple text message. A humidifier and the hair dryer died mid week and both were replaced within an hour.4. The view is fantastic, especially if you like people watching with your morning coffee.5. The mattresses were great. For reference, we are a family of three.

5 star property with 1 star management

This condo is fantastic, great location, lots of room and quality furnishings (beds, mattresses, couch etc). It's always unfortunate when a nice place is poorly managed, I always feel bad for the owners. We arrived after driving all day, insane traffic delays etc. The condo didn't have enough towels for the number of people booked. When I messaged the management company about the shortage, they told me I had to get back in the car and come and get them at their office up the road!!!! It was New Years Eve and the village was a giant traffic jam. I wasn't going anywhere after driving all day. I asked if they could just drop them off the next morning when they had staff on site and they refused and said I had to come pick them up. I escalated the issue to VRBO, wasting an hour of my vacation time, only to have them tell VRBO that they'd be happy to drop them off the next day. Why couldn't they just have done that in the first place? Why is customer service so hard to find these days?

Keystone experience

The condo was very clean and updated. The check in process was actually very easy. You go to a specific location to get a packet for your stay. Very easy. Our unit was even ready earlier than the 4:30 time that was in the rental agreement. Summit County Mountain Retreats did a great job! Once you park, you don’t have to leave. Relax and enjoy everything River Run has to offer. Laundry is 1 floor down if you need to wash clothes. Cheap and fast as well. Overall, this was a great experience for our whole family!

Beautiful condo, great location!

It's a great condo. Very clean and comfortable. Both the main king mattress and the murphy bed queen mattress have firm memory foam pads on them that are pretty comfortable. My husband didnt sleep as well due to the firmness but I was good. We were grateful for two humidifiers to use while sleeping, as it's super dry in Keystone. There are also several big box fans we used to pull in the cool outside air, which was great due to there being no AC. (We stayed in July and the unit was definitely quite warm, being 5th floor. But we were comfortable.) The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The pool and large hot tub were wonderful! Would stay here again. Very positive experience.

Loved the beanbag chair under the skylight. Spent a lot of time there looking at the clouds. Beds were super comfortable! Pool and hot tubs were located on 1st floor and have a beautiful view of the mountains.Only negatives were the screen door wouldn’t open and close. The elevator in building sounded like it was breaking when it got to the 5th floor.This was the second time I booked a place with Summit and have good experiences both time. Highly recommend.
