Perfect place to stay after crossing the pass in RMNP on our was to Glenwood Springs.

Parking garage was great but needed help finding a place for second car. Great hot tub and amenities.

Excellent condo for growing families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect rental for our family with multiple teenagers who don’t want to share beds anymore. The three full bathrooms was a huge plus. The kitchen is well appointed and the condo was spacious. The oversized couch was perfect for our family. We utilized the pool and hot tub daily, it is a short walk to the gondola. It is a very nice condo that has seen some wear and could use a few touch ups but I wouldn’t let that deter me from renting it again. The rental company was easy to work with. The underground parking is very nice but it is tight with an SUV.

Everything we needed in a perfect location!

We loved our short stay. The condo had everything we needed for 5 of us and was just steps away from the lift. We had an unexpected injury and the layout was perfect for a woman on crutches. We will recommend this to others.

We cracked the windows opened which helped to keep the condo cool and ventilated and got a little chilly at times. The pool and hot tub are nice. Very short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Beautiful condo with so many amenities. Lovely and comfortable for our large party with children of a variety of ages. Happy to have the extra bathrooms. The property manager responded quickly and everything was well explained . Only issue was having to check out at 10. Too early!

Ski vacation

Excellent location and property as advertised. Only down side was because we did not have a car and arrived early had to store luggage at checkin office and was some back and forth to load and unload. Otherwise once we settled in great experience

Winter Park to R.M.N.P.

Good location to stay for visiting R.M.N.P. Nice drive to and from the park. The mattresses on the beds need replacing, they're well worn in and you roll to the middle of the bed. Housekeeping also needs to clean/vacuum along the baseboards and behind furniture along the walls better. Other than the mattresses, we really enjoyed our stay! Would stay there again and recommend this property.
