The location is perfect. It is close to the center, planetarium, museums, Puzata Hata restaurant (10 in walk), subway station. The room and cleanliness are poor. In my room, there was no shampoo provided. I have to go and ask for it. The heat was not working the first day, I have to sleep under two blankets and fully dressed. Although, they fixed it on the second day of my stay. The towels are so used that they are not white anymore because they are old and washed too many times. No tea kettle in the room.

Think twice about this place

I didn't like my time there. The hotel was hot with no way to cool down. The bathroom ceiling leaked when the person above us took a shower. The staff didn't move us when we told them or give a discount. They didn't provide full size towels. Overall it was an horrid experience.

майже все супер

номер - шикарний. мікрохвильовка, чайник, телевізори, вайфай, душова і вода дійсно гаряча. Але опалення "тепла підлога" не працювало, обігрівач видали на третю ніч (видно на всі номери не вистачає). Так як я мав працювати за ПК то присутность в холодному номері була не досить комфортною.

Проживання в готелі

Хочу подякувати персоналу та адміністрації готелю за уважність і якість сервісу. Все було на високому рівні. Від себе, ще додам, що готель має дуже зручне розташування: поруч міський парк (який дуже гарний і затишний), метро "історичний музей" та ботанічний сад. Рекомендую готель "Асотель" як для відряджень так і для романтичних поїздок.

Na fotkách hotel působí lépe, než je skutečnost.

Velmi hlučný výtah v blízkosti pokojů. V noci to znělo, jako by u postele projížděl vlak.

Agradezco La comunicación que tuvieron conmigo a mi check in donde se les pago con mi tarjeta Visa por un día y medio llegando el día 2 sept a las 2 am sin embargo sin mi consentimiento me volvieron a cobrar un día ya pagado este por lo que “exijo “ esa devolución por $563.26 mx . Ya que ese mismo me cobraron von la misma tarjeta $843.76 mx Lo cual consideró un fraude haber usado mi tarjeta sin consentimiento y ya pagado previamente

Great stay in Kharkiv, interesting city with some good restaurants, sights & parks, I was there for a football match at the Metalist stadium with a few days added on and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was adequate for this though basic facilities it was excellent value ( I think it worked out around £7.80 per night each for a twin room with is difficult to beat) and was vert warm. The street it was on was a bit tatty but a very short walk to the top of road and you quickly find plenty of life and the City centre

Bad for winter

Terribly cold rooms. problems with electricity in the block that I was in, electricity keeps getting cut. while it is freezing cold outside/ in winter. I think the hotel needs lots of repairs to its heating/electricity before giving rooms to people. Wi-Fi was good. rooms are clean. for some time there was no hot water in bath.

Temizlik yok - duvarlar çok ince - kaba çalışanlar

I made reservation in this hotel 5 nights but stayed 4 night. I have leaved early 1.) In 1 floor 4 rooms each rooms seperated with board and painted . This is not wall this is board. I mean very thin wall ( board ) You can hear and understand what talking people another rooms . 2) 3.th day left My room did not clean yet. I talked with housekeeping and ask today is my 3.day why not clean myroom . She said I am alone . I can not ! ! When I leaved , 4.th day no housekeeping service getting anymore. 3) The walls are so thin that it is impossible to sleep in the rooms. the hotel in the narrow street not safety I paid this hotel 4 star hotel price But I got 1 star hotel services 1.Otel ara bir sokakta güvenlik yok 2.Diğer odalardan ayıran duvarlar çok ince diğer odalarda konuşulanları rahatlıkla duyabiliyorsunuz.uyumak imkansız 3. otele 5 gün rezervasyon yaptırdım . 4. gün oldu hala oda temizliğim 1 kere bile yapılmış değildi daha fazla dayanamadım ve otelden erken ayrılmak istediğimi söyledim , son gece paramı istediğimde birsürü bahaneler uydurdular . fakat sonunda ödediler yaşattıkları olumsuzluklardan dolayı 1 kez bile özür dilemediler , son derece kaba ve ukala insanlar

It was the best! Owner was so nice and let us stay until 6:30pm the day we left! The service was great, hotel was quiet and in great location. Also close to a great market!
