Дуже пристойний готель для своєї ціни. Є безкоштовна стоянка для авто (огорожена). Єдиний мінус локації-це не дуже багато опцій користування громадським транспортом, в основному таксі (якщо не власна машина). В цілому: тихе, спокійне місце, 5-7хв до супер центру на машині, рум сервіс (обмежений час). Підійде як локація для відрядження (хоча з дитиною ми також зупинялись в цьому готелі).

All was good. Till check out. When they said that wait the room is going to be checked if anything is missing or not. They have to this without saying to me. I said to myself I am not a thief.

Save your money. Room barely cleaned, never left waters, charged me twice for room snacks, charged me for a blood stain on a comforter gross but I had no cuts. Horrible location

Otelin şehir merkezine 2.5 km mesafede olması, Uber kullanıcıları ve taksi çağırabilenler için ciddi bir sorun değil. ortalama 10-15 tl ödüyorsun max. Isıtma iyi. Kahvaltı zayıf! Türklerin burada bıraktığı yanlış imajı, girişteki Uyarı tabelasından da hemen hissediyorsunuz.

I booked a room for my wife for 3 nights at this hotel. They refused to provide coffee or tea (at extra cost) outside breakfast hours. Bathroom towels were obviously used and dirty (they replaced them upon request). My wife complained that the staff were generally rigid and unfriendly.

I like the interior design and free breakfast buffet. Nice restaurant on site. Stuff was very friendly and responsive to my requests. I didn't like that my room was not equipped with "must be" items like an iron, coffee maker, microwave and tissues. The facilities like a pool and sauna are not free and requires reservation. The room's guest book is missing very important sections like local attractions, things to do and restaurants nerby. No TV channel guide.

Good hotel in Kharkov

We stayed 3 nights at Park Hotel. We had a standard room and it was big enough for us. The breakfast buffet is ok. My wife is familiar with the public transportation system in Kharkov, so for us in was not a problem to get around in the city. However, if this is your first time in an Eastern European country it might be better to stay at a hotel in the center. That said, taxi is rather cheap,

Most of the hotel staff did not have very good English as this made communicating with the main desk more difficult . The other thing that bothered me is smoking in the dinning room was a real turn off .

Der Aufzug sehr holprig, die Bar für gemütliche Zeit abends war geschlossen, dafür musste man das Restaurant nutzen. Zimmerservice naja....Bett wurde halt nur die Bettdecke zusammen gelegt. Freundlichkeit des Personsals....manche sehr freundlich, manche Muffel. Keine schöne Gegend um das Hotel, abseits vom Zentrum. Hotel an sich sehr warm, Klima lief ununterbrochen.

Western style business hotel

This is a really nice hotel with great buffet breakfast, fairly fast wifi, and fitness room. Our suite was great. It isn’t walking distance from anything but the taxis are cheap.
