very clean. friendly staff. good internet connection. but I strongly not advice ti walk very late night in this neighborhood. Daytime its ok. car park is monitored making it a safe place.

Готель середнього рівня, все стримано, акуратно, чисто. Обслуговування якісне і доброзичливе, відчуваєш себе в гостях, дуже сподобалась кухня! Щодо номеру - звичайний акуратний номер, з мінусів - покривало на ліжку вже почало рознитуваться від старості (пора змінювати) і в душовій кабіні дуже поганий злив (вода постійно застоювалась), гель і шампунь розлитий в баночки, що не зовсім гігієнічно (варто змінити на одноразові пакетики - так дорожче, але краще для відвідувачів). Загалом враження хороші, як для початківця непогано, але є до чого прагнути.

Nice hotel near Train Station

I enjoyed my stay there. I had a early train to catch so it was close to the station (5 to 10 minutes walk without luggage). The staff were very good. My only serious complaint was I came in and there was a Jack hammer going on the floor above 4 to 5pm and there was noises going on till about 10 or 11pm (like someone nailing stuff in). If it was not for that they would have got a higher rating. Also there is not anything right next to the hotel. If you want a beer you either have to go down to the railway station or the village above the hill (15 minutes walk). I would stay there again as the rooms are good

Budget hotel close to station

A pretty new hotel 10 minute walk to the main train station. The service is very friendly, rooms are comfortable, good wifi. The area is not very attractive especially in the night. Breakfast is cooked on request with limited options. Overall a good budget hotel.

Fantastic little hotel

We stayed in "Ryleev" for a whole week and had a great time. The hotel staff really took care of all our needs. The hotel interiors are in excellent condition. The room had air conditioning, good WiFi and a small fridge. There is a huge and very nice backyard, and a common kitchen. They can do laundry on demand. The neighborhood is not the prettiest and is away from the city's main attractions but is fairly convenient. A small 24-hour mini-market store is just 3 min walk around the corner. The main railway station, various shops and the subway are less than 10 min walk, with just 2 stops to the city center. We really had no complaints about anything. If I had to find one area for improvement it would be adding satellite TV with English channels, because regular cable had just a dozen or so Ukrainian channels. So if you don't speak the language then you can just watch YouTube over the free WiFi. Overall: would definitely recommend the hotel and stay there again.

So close to railway station but not so noisy

It was a best choise in Kharkov! 15 min you need for walk and found city center. Сute courtyard visible from the kitchen window. You can make a barbecue there, or drink just a cup of tea in the open air

Были в отеле одну ночь, проездом из Крыма в Москву. Думаю, дольше остаться там нам бы не захотелось. Всех предупреждали о заезде двоих взрослых и ребёнка, но, как водится на Украине, доп.бельё даже не постелили, зато попросили доплатить 50 гривен за комплект, застелить его, как водится, никто не предложил. Как место для ночлега - неплохо. Но DeluxeDouble это только название. Рекомендую для транзитных ночёвок.

Все очень понравилось, завтрак очень вкусный! Расположение удобное,несмотря на близость с ж/д вокзалом, поезда не слышно. Номера чистые, светлые, имеется маленький холодильник, чайник. От отеля в восторге! При посещение г. Харьков буду останавливаться только в этом отеле!

Inexpensive & friendly no frills hotel

There is nothing grand about this small and friendly family hotel but the rooms are modern and comfortable and the owners do everything they can to assist and help their guests. It is a short taxi ride from the centre of the city. There is no restuarant but a communal kitchen is provided for guests to prepare their own food. The breakfast is prepared for you and costs only five euros but it is extremely good and worth every cent. If you are running on a tight budget this is the place to stay.

Новые комфортные номера со всеми удобствами,очень чисто,хотя ехали и переживали ,прочитав отзыв.Понравился внутренний дворик,есть барбекю и баня(не пробовали).Не понравилось что отказались принимать доллары. (он ведь и в Африке доллар). Хорошо приняли к оплате карту ,а то пришлось бы бежать в обменку ,хоть со слов она в 200 м.Дружелюбная горничная поселила на 2 часа раньше без оплаты и ни слова не сказала ,когда выезжали на 2.5 часа позже

This hotel is Min hotel and family type operation. When you arrive this hotel, please do not suprise for outside of hotel. It's look someone's home. You can buy food outside and cook yourself if you want. you can eat coffee shop at gas station near by or take out food from just other side of street . Price is really good. Other hand, location of hotel is near train station and a bad area in kharkov. I like this hotel which is clean and friendly service. Many people of kharkov do not know this hotel by English spelling.
